Every client has an online portal to view their project information, including estimates, schedules, photos, documents, comments, payments, and more.

Since our inception in 2018 as a Roofing Contractor, we have expanded our service offerings to include Solar, Siding, Stone, Stucco, Rock/Block/Brick, Gutters, Painting, Patios, Decks, and Windows.

I bring over 25 years of experience, having held positions from Account Manager to SVP of Global Sales and CEO in the IT/Business Software (B2B) industry, where I led teams and delivered tech solutions to major global brands.

With a long-standing interest in construction and specialty trades, I had my own contractor “experience” in 2018, which revealed an opportunity for improvement. This inspired me to start Affluent Exteriors as a side hustle, with the vision of providing contractor services—whether residential, multi-family, or commercial—in a more professional, digital, and transparent fashion.

Today, Affluent Exteriors and our clients are present in five major Texas markets (Austin, DFW, Houston, Lubbock, San Antonio), and we continue to expand.
