Fabion Watson is the owner of Aegis Roofing and the person I've dealt with over the following issue.

I had a minor leak in my bathroom, attic is directly above it and Fabion was able to access it to look at what might be causing it.

Fabion provided a quote for $850 to fix it which I agreed to.

Workers came out and spent 2 partial days doing work.

After day one Fabion mentioned that there is additional work required and I repeatedly asked for a quote and told him not to do the work without providing a quote.

A few days later I get an invoice for $9,440!!!!

I offered to pay agreed to $850 and an additional $300 for ""extra work"" but not more than that. Fabion refused and a few weeks later put a lien on our house.

I've asked 2 other roofers what such repair should cost, showed him photos that Fabion provided himself and one quote was $1,400 and another $1,600.

Based on other reviews, it seems to be Fabion's plan - invoice an unreasonable number and then put a lien on the house.

Shameful and dishonest!

We hired Aegis roofing to come out and repair our roof due to damage from a tree. We called several companies, some were no shows and some were really high quotes. We even had one company tell us we needed our whole roof replaced. Aegis came out and gave us a fair quote and completed the work quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend them.

This company was recommended by someone at my church. I had noticed that the facia was showing some rot. I called Aegis and Fabion came out the next day to give an estimate. When he checked the area he also checked the rest of my roof and found another small area in the back. He gave me an estimate of the repair and said they could finish the job by the end of the following week. Even though we had several days of rain they found a way to finish the job by the time said. The price was much lower than o expected and was an absolute blessing.
