I'd give this zero stars if I could. Fidelity home warranty sent this guy - I had to tracking him down to make the appointment and then 3 months later never submitted vendor paperwork to the home warranty company and has been completely unresponsive. Run if anyone recommends this company.

The last thing I wanted to do was spend the money for a new roof. Due to heavy rain and age I had no choice.
We used AE on a recommendation from a close friend.
Carlos and his guys were great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They came every day and did exactly what they said they would. They cleaned up every day before leaving.
I highly recommend this company!

I realize that everyone is stretched thin these days, particularly service businesses, but my interaction with this company should still serve as a warning for all.

AE Roofing was assigned to me by my home warranty Co, Fidelity, upon my reporting a significant roof and ceiling leak - and they were to call me within 24hrs to assign someone to come inspect the issue. After I never from them for two days, I called directly and left a message. After another three days passed, I called again, and this time they picked up the phone. Thanks to my persistence, we were finally able to schedule an inspection, two weeks after my initial claim, between 11-2pm today, and they never showed up. So during this very stressful issue, this company made it much, much worse.

I just called Fidelity and they are assigning a new roofing company to the problem. Thank god.

AE Roofing did such a fantastic job. When looking to have our roof done, I had about six estimates done.
AE Roofing was actually the 1st one that came and gave me my 1st price esitmate and ended up being my last! They had the best affordable price and ended up doing awesome work to our roof. I happen to work from home and each time they left, they cleaned up everything, including the dirt off my back porch that the wind and rain had brought in from before. The crew who put on the roof were very professional and they all work very well together. You could see right away that they are team players and work very well together. The job took about 2 1/2 days. I am pleased with the end results and the company. I would definitely use them again, and have already referred them to a few of my friends.

I had a roof leak. Carlos came on time. After he saw a leak on my ceiling. He can tell where a leak came from. His two men came on time at 8 am and work very hard from 8 am to 3 pm. They cleaned up after they completed their work. His price is so reasonable after I saw the work done by his men. Carlos sent me picture of the work done on my roof. I am so pleased with their service. I definitely recommend you to call Carlos if you need leak roof service.Again, thank you Carlos and his men.

AE Roofing did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Carlos and his team where here when they said they would be. Carlos replied to all questions promptly and thoroughly. The team arrived before 8am and cleaned up the work site by 4pm. It took them 5 days to finish the job. Looks fantastic.
The city inspector said we would be happy with AE. They do great work.
We had 5 quotes AE was in the middle pricewise.

Impressive. Carlos & his team did a phenomenal job on our roof. Carlos is honest, professional & consistently prompt in response to any questions. Throughout the entirety of the project. We interviewed 4 different contractors with estimates that ranged all over the map. AERoofing was the most reasonable quote- So glad we went with them!
Carlos informed us that our roof did not need to be replaced but could be repaired in certain areas. We decided to go forward with a total replacement & could not be happier. This was a large 1-story roof with a skylight replacement as well.
This team starts on time & works diligently to get the job completed on time. Clearly pros at what they do! Each day the property is cleaned up at the end of the day. They clearly take pride in the work that they do. Would highly recommend Carlos & his team at AE Roofing!!

They set up an appointment with 2 hour window from 1 to 3pm, and I specifically requested to be notified in advance before their arrival. At 3pm when I called them, they said that they have to check back with technician and they will get back to me. They didn't call, so I called them at 3:30pm only to hear that they forgot to call me and that the technician has gone to my location in the morning!!!!
I wasted more than 3 hours waiting for them and then chasing them to just get a simple response. Not recommending this company.
