I have had two leaks in my roof. Roof installed 11/2019 and first leak started a year in a half after they installed. Second leak this Feb 2024. They came out and according to their second inspector they sent on second leak he thinks ""shotty work"" was done to repair. I have called countless times, I've been left on hold several times for 30 mins and just getting the run around. When finally got them scheduled with Ophelia (scheduler of repair with warranties) they never showed up. Ophelia called and said they need access to attic. I told her my husband is leaving work early to give attic access and when arrived at house nobody was even here! The fact that they have designated one person for warranty repairs should be telling! We now have significant ceiling damage, mold on insulation and paint bubbling and peeling off the wall. I have left several messages. My contract says ""leak free"" for ten years which is completely not the case with them. We are now going into April and still a leaky roof! Avoid this company!

My flat roof finally needed to be replaced. I chose this company because they were able to explain the process, the materials/technique they use & why and what the reason was for the price difference between them & another slightly cheaper estimate I got. Edgar was great at giving me the Roofing 101 & I feel confident that my roof will last longer than it would had I gone with a company using the self adhesive paper versus the hot mop that A&E uses.
What impressed me:
1. They came quickly & gave the estimate.
2. They protected the surrounding area with plastic so there was zero mess even though they tore the old roof off my house.
They even swept my doorstep!
3. They did the job in 2 days.
4. They took care of the inspection (I didn't have to do anything).
5. They created a slope to make the rain run off & explained all of the options very well to adjust to my needs & costs.
6. My house already feels cooler (insulation Yay!).
7. Edgar gave me his cell phone so I could text or call him if I had a question.

I'm very happy with this company & highly recommend them!

A&E did a fantastic job replacing my shingle roof, great workmanship ,very clean at the end of everyday, took care of everything start to finish, permits etc.Showed up when they said they would ,job completed in just under 1 week,Patty and everyone in the office very helpful and kept me updated every day.Very fair price and a pleasure to deal with.

May 2021, Just had a new barrel clay tile roof installed by A&E Brothers Roofing Inc. in the City of Coral Gables and their team did an awesome job from start to finish. Plus A&E where very professional, promote on time, and courteous when working around the house. Their team made sure property was clean during each day, plus contained all debris in a specific area not to interfere as my family members came in and out during roof installation days. I highly recommend A&E Brothers Roofing to family & friends, and all who read this review.

We hired A&E Brothers Roofing, Inc., to replace our two existing flat roofs. A few days after the Miami-Dade work permit was issued, we awoke to a caravan of trucks in front of our home with the A&E Brothers Roofing, Inc. crew of workers waiting for access to the yard. All team members were identified by company t-shirts/sweatshirts looking clean, bright eyed and bushy tailed and ready to work. The crew was very organized and started to work right away. Well, they basically, took over my roof (and my yard) for a few days of long, hot, hard work. The foreman was great about keeping me abreast of what was happening, given that the crew was making noise all over the roof area as they performed their assigned tasks. They even had a young man picking up trash, keeping the area safe and clean while the work was happening. A few days after starting, the work was completed; inspected and approved.

The project results were outstanding. The entire experience was satisfactory. They performed a excellent job.

In a couple of years we may need to have the shingle roof replaced, too.

just had my shingle roof replaced by A & E. They did an outstanding job and provided excellent service. Dulce in the office and Luis Vega the representatives who liaise with the customers were efficient and accommodating. They provided best in class customer service. Something difficult to find in the Miami market. Eduardo's team who worked on the roof did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was first class. The job was completed and passed Dade County inspections within 2-week period. The overall experience was very positive and I suggest this company be considered when exploring estimates for you roofing needs.

They are extremely professional from beginning to end. Their office staff is fantastic! They did a complete re-roof on my home a year ago and I haven't had any issues. We experienced a lot of push back from our association and A&E worked with us every step of the way. Their prices are reasonable. I rarely encounter such an amazing contractor in Miami. This company is literally one of the best I have ever hired. They did the roof on my previous home and it came out amazing. They are professional and never cut corners.
