Stop using this honest review as a platform to pretend that you care about your customer. BTW, charging $27000 for less than 1 day of substandard work is SCAM!

Also, corresponding through your lawyer is a fun experience, your company refused to communicate with us anymore, and yet this review prompted you to want to ""reconnect"".


Update: I have sent an email to you and yet you failed to respond, you never intended to respond or conduct your work in a professional manner. You offered an unmanned email account to make people believe that you actually cared. What a joke!

Don't hire this company. Run don't walk away. The sales person was great and did as much as he could, but his hands seemed to be tied in some areas. The roof was ""repaired "" but the demo team took off more than they had been approval for. They also damaged gutters and other portions. Roof work was done in Octobe, took till December of constant pushing on my part to to get them to fix what was damaged. Then another 2-3 months to push to get the bill? biggest hassle eve. when we finally got the bill it was padded by over $500 in materials that were not used.
watch your bill and ask for pictures.

The team was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Collin and Isaiah did a good job leading the project. The overall delivery was impacted by a major hail storm that came through just prior to our project start. Despite added strain and pressure on the crew, subs, and the insurance team, we are happy with the result. We worked through a few communication challenges and I never lost trust in the Advocate team.

I'm very upset with you guys!!!

Today is Wednesday November 22, 2023 Thanksgiving Eve and we have an elderly hospice patient in our medical care right now. We also have No Trespassing signs and No Soliciting signs posted in our yard and also posted at the entrance of our community. Still your guy (I believe he said his name was Jonathon) just blasts past these signs with utter disregard and disrespect and knocks on doors in our neighborhood soliciting business for Advocate Construction (a roofing company). He disturbs our dying family member who has only a few days left to live.
SHAME ON YOU !!!!
