I need soffit repair. Steve showed up eagerly and on time exactly a week ago. Long story short that I can't explain very well anyway, my roof was made of outdated materials that he couldn't remember the name of (so, I can't research it on my own, now) and he was pretty sure it was no longer available. He was also pretty sure ""the owner"" wouldn't take the job for that reason. However, he said he needed about 4 days to get back to me so he could research its availability. I called 5 days later and left a message. Now it's a week and I still haven't heard back. Can't speak about their work but I can speak to their level of professionalism: Poor.

One more thing. Although we both wore masks, he used his as a chin guard once he was on the roof. I guess it wouldn't occur to him that aerosols from his nose could have been raining down on me. I stepped further away, but typically, it's hard to hear me when I'm wearing a mask as I tend to wear extra layers.

The other day I noticed a stain on my living room / dining room ceiling.. right away I knew it was a water leak from the roof... I contacted several Roofing Companies and they all came out and inspected it and gave me a estimate... But Avantage went beyond.. Steve called me back in a few mins after I left a message... he was at my house within 20 mins..

He inspect the area from inside and went onto the roof.. he looked at the affected area..and also did a complete inspection of the entire roof... He spent a good 30 mins looking inspecting closely as to where the leak was coming from.. His bid wasn't the lowest but it was very reasonable and it was the second lowest bid I got..

I didnt hesitate and hired Advantage Roofing on the spot... They showed up the next day at 9am.. and was finished by 1pm.. Not only was their work excellent but they were on time and quick... now after the job was finished he told me that the damage was more then he had written in his estimate... but never added on the extra costs to the bill.. I paid the amount that was given to me in writing.. He did not chare for the extra work or material... I will highly reccomend this comapny to anyone...
