Has to resort to chasing storms. Had hail Sunday night and find his flier in mailbox Monday. No postage paid or usps stamp on it. They opened everyone's mailbox and inserted there flier which is a no no. Wouldn't trust anyone with that marketing strategy. Will be filing a complaint with usps and local authorities.

I called this company AFTER one of those traveling Roof Salesman told me I needed a new roof. Phil came over the same day I called, climbed up on my roof and told me we have at least 5 years life left on the roof. There was a small problem with a Vent pipe that was rusted out and he sent a crew to replace it and the cost was minimal. I just love doing business with people you can trust to tell you the truth! I'll be calling Advantage Roofing Company when it's time for a new roof!

I asked Advantage Roofing to come over to inspect our roof after a recent hail storm on the recommendation of a neighbor. The representative came into our home less than 36 hours after the storm and pressured us into signing an agreement to use this roofer without even presenting us with an estimate. Against my better judgement, I signed the contract. Fortunately, after reading the fine print, I discovered I had three business days to get out of the contract. I asked to be released from the contract in the nicest way I could, explaining that I really just wanted more information and an estimate before choosing a roofer. I explained that I would still like to work with this company, I was just very uneasy about the signed contract that we had, which put my family in a difficult position. After 30 minutes of pressure, he finally relented and gave me back my contract, asking me to give him the opportunity to still earn our business and do our roof. The next day, he called to say he wasn't sure whether he was going to be able to make it to my meeting with the adjuster. I told him I really would like to know one way or the other. A few minutes later, he called and left a message, saying that he was no longer interested in my business and that he would be coming over to pick up his sign from my yard.
