They sent some guy out that wouldn't even go up on the roof, but instead stayed inside and talked with my wife about his other business ventures, and other sundry topics--none of which had anything to do with our roof. He told her point blank that ""we weren't getting a new roof."" Nothing could be further from the truth. Just because he wasn't interested in assisting us doesn't mean another company wasn't--or that we couldn't put one on out of our pocket. Another company came out, and found hail and wind damage. At this point, it looks like our insurance is going to cover it....
