Just finished new roof for a commercial medical building in the Mission district who's roof was at least 50 years old and leaking etc. I am very happy with advantage roofing. Of all the construction folks I've worked with during this year for the dental remodel , I'm impressed and satisfied with this company. Very responsive, professional, polite ! Luis, the owner is wonderful and always personally responded to my concerns and also checked in frequently ( in person) about the project. When I had an issue on the weekend , he called me right away and doesn't gaslight you like some folks in the industry. Legit very good experience and I will be recommending this company. Very thorough and educated me on how to maintain the roof for the decades to come. Thank you Luis and Team ! You all performed a great job . Photos coming .

I was recommended to Advantage by a friend and spoke with David who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they cannot service my area, but he spent time both on the phone with me and via text to explain the differences in approaches to roofing flat roofs. His expertise was apparent and he answered countless questions from me. He was so knowledgeable that I continued to text him questions about other aspects of roofing like insulation and whether it was worth it to get some additional addons to protect the roof. David texted back even though it was a Friday evening and now I feel armed with knowledge to make a good decision on our roofing needs.

Most companies don't bother spending time with you if they can't get your business. I am so appreciative of David for his generosity with his time and his patience with all my questions. He refused any money so I thought the least I could do was write a review.

I needed my roof replaced for my rental property in SSF! After many bad impressions I decided to give Advantage a call in late Nov 2020. Spoke to Dave who was very pleasant over the phone and made an appt to have someone chk on my roof & an in-person appt with my husband and I in early Dec 2020. Luis came to our home with a full on descriptive, detailed power point presentation of what would be done, along with a pamphlet with many selections of shingles. Due to rain and other customers ahead of me, my roof was completed in early April 2021.

The work took a total of 3 days, they were professional, respectable, hard working men who took pride in their work. My roof looks amazing. They left some nails that they missed during their clean-up but one call and an hour later they had someone out there with a magnet sweeper making sure no others were left behind. They were very thorough in their work and courteous of any mess that could have gotten on my neighbors side.

Great experience with Advantage, will definitely recommend and refer to anyone in need of roof work.

AWESOME!
I contracted with Advantage to replace my old roof in preparation for a solar installation.. Ron and the team were timely, professional, thorough, and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The city building permits were final before they asked for final payment! The entire experience, from the estimate process through to the closure of the permit was smooth and everyone I worked with represented pride in Advantage Roofing.
As a side note, this was a competitive bid (5 separate companies) with a high quality shingle and included a double roof tear off (metal over wood shake). If I need roofing again in the future Advantage will be my first and only call!

3 months later, we are now into
the warm weather. Historically our house bakes due to lack of wall insulation & the afternoon sun beats onto the back side of the house. The TPO product has mad a world of difference, the house is staying cool. Definitely worth the $! Thanks AR!

Can't recommend the Advantage team enough. From being on time for every appointment to the worker's being professional and efficient, the experience was a pleasure.

Conducted a lot of research and Advantage is very fairly priced. When a leak appeared post-job (appeared to be the spot of a previously hard to find leak around the sheet metal-clad baluster) our advisor Ron replied immediately and had his team out as soon as it stopped raining.

I would highly recommend Advantage Roofing. We worked with Ron for what we thought would be a repair, but turned into a full replacement. Ron was upfront with everything and explained why we needed to do a replacement. He worked us into the schedule pretty quickly. He also worked with our solar company to coordinate the work and guarantee we didn't have any extra costs. Ron helped us get the necessary documentation for our insurance company. I would absolutely call them again.
