Could not recommend this company more. Called during one of the big storms we had this winter after we had several leaks. Many companies weren't bothering to return calls etc. These guys came out pretty quickly and gave us a very competitive estimate. Luis did a great job of walking me through the details of the work they would do and what it would look like etc.

Once the work started I was super impressed. The work crew could not have been more polite and accommodating. Very neat. At the same time we had a solar tube installed in my kitchen. Provides so much light. They were great about cleaning up and working around the pets.

Bottom line- The roof looks fantastic, I'm not broke cause I paid a very fair price, and next winter it can rain all it wants but my house will be very dry for years to come.

Highly recommend these guys. Had them look at our roof a year ago and I decided to patch rather than replace the roof. After the deluge this year it was clear we needed to replace it. Of the bids we got they had the best cost to value ratio by a mile. The work was fast and looked great according to our home inspector.

On top of that, the customer service and responsiveness Ron provided was simply exceptional.

First question do you alway run business this way ?
I traveled an hour out and pushed the appointment to meet your time. Luis couldn't even go on roof. To full from lunch ? Right away you need a new roof without looking. Loser company quotes me 17 k for a patch that no one industry will guarantee
Again with getting off your ass you blind quote me

I understand that roofing contractors are busy with this unusual rainy season in the Bay Area, but I have to say that I am disappointed with the professionalism of Advantage Roofing. I was referred to this company by my neighbors who had their roof done 5 years ago and was told that Advantage Roofing, inc was amazing. I called and left a message and within a few days, David stopped by to look at my roof. He was very nice and told me that they were extremely busy, but was going to give me a quote and we would go from there. After a week passed, I followed up with David via email and phone. I was able to get on the phone again and ask for the quote which he told me he was going to send it shortly. Three weeks have passed and despite a couple of follow-ups after that, I never got the quote. I understand you are busy, but when a customer is willing to pay over $20K to have a roof replaced, I'd think the least you can expect is good customer service... Not to worry, I have other companies interested.

Knowledgeable. Helpful. Kind! We called to ask Qs about a leak in our roof, for work done by another company. David asked questions about the previous work done to better understand our issue. And talked to us with kindness, while educating us on what we can do. I called back with more questions within the same day and David responded with the same energy and kindness. Luis and team were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. He sat down with us and explained everything in detail regarding our roof replacement. We hired advantage roofing to fix my parents home located in Maddux Ave in San Francisco and they had done an amazing job. They used a TPO material and not asphalt or tar for the roof. We did not have to deal with all that awful smell from the tar. We also had Skylights that were cracking and all the wood and metal were rotten. They went beyond our expectation. The roof and skylights are beautiful! I can't believe I'm Saying this about a roof, but it's true. They were very responsive to our needs. All I had to do was text Luis and next thing you know, his team was already working on it. They were also very clean. No debris around and I really appreciate all their time and hard work. We are a very happy customer. Call Advantage roofing if you want your roof and skylight done, right. Thank you Luis and team. It was a pleasure working with you!
