A hail storm came through our neighborhood a while back, so I got several roofers to look at the hail damage on our roof, and they all confirmed the damage to the roof, but the only company that took the time to explain how much more damage we had (chimney caps, roof vents, gutters, solar screens, AC, and siding) besides the roof shingles were Advantage Remodeling and Roofing.
They explained what the insurance claim procedures are and helped me through it. Our insurance initially denied some of our repairs but over time ARR was able to talk to our insurance adjuster and explain why the denial was in error and why our policy does cover it.
I can say without hesitation, ARR was a crucial part of getting the insurance to pay for all repairs. The repairs were done completely and on time.

Three cheers for this company. I'm very impressed with Mr Fish.Was easy to get an appointment for a quote. He gave me a lot of information but never talked down to me. After I selected what I wanted they were quick to make an appointment to come back and do the work. They arrived on time and finished early. The work is beautiful! Above and beyond! After the work they skimmed our pool to remove any chimney debris that fell in while working. The workmen were polite and kind. After the job was over, Mr Fish picked up the unused materials, returned them and took that cost off my bill. I definately recommend!

We discovered Advantage and Fish while working on a neighborhood home. We asked him to drop by and review our situation and offer suggestions.

Fish was very patient, understanding, and explained the repair and claims process as clear as any contractor I have ever used. Keep in mind that we have experienced roof damage over 8 times in the 28 years we have owned our home. I was not in any rush to remedy the repair as a result of past ""Fly-by-night"" contractors used in the past. In my opinion they disrupt you household, create more damage than they repair, rush through the job to collect the funds, and don't address any subsequent issues caused by the damage. This is not the case with Advantage.

Although the repairs tool time to work with insurance, Fish patiently worked with us, his customers, and Insurance, to explain everything that was happening with our home as a result of the storm.
If you are an inpatient person, that wants immediate results, and not a complete repair, Advantage is probably not for you; but if you want a complete and professional job, with attention to details, a friendly crew, and a responsive company, you should give Advantage at try.

What is SAD, is you are just now reading and replying to a customer issue from 2 YEARS ago. The "" communication"" problem was repeated and blatant lies. He KNEW his story didn't stand up, he KNEW it was full of holes! He just didn't care!
Even though I reported my concerns to your office sales "" team"", nothing was done, no other representative was assigned to my case.
Now that your are aware and concerned, perhaps you are "" cleaning house"" of the dead weights. Thank you for at least addressing the issue, however late it is.

Billed me $2000 for an estimate. Totally dishonest company. Basically if you dont sign with them after they come out to give you an estimate, they bill you.

Insurance adjuster initially declined a full roof replacement. Later a leak was found. Boris with Advantage came checked out my problems and rescheduled with the same adjuster. He got the whole roof replaced, fences repainted, and gutters replaced. The crew did an efficient job, everything was done smoothly. Boris is very responsive with any questions that you may have.
