I attempted to contact Erik in early May via yelp. There was no response from this yelp contact, however, I was able to reach Erik due to an alternate contact provided by my neighbor whose reroof was done by Erik. Finally Erik came out and reviewed my roofing repair situation. It was understood that since I did not have a roof leak, my job would be lower priority, however, would be done soon once the bid was issued and agreed. I received a competitve bid from Erik and immediately returned the signed bid to Erik on 26 June 2023. Since then I have called Erik via telephone over five times and he always says that he will start the job in a week -- no contact, now late September.
In sum, we need to get the roofing repair done as quoted by Erik, however, he does not take the time to get my job done and therefore honor his bid.

Exceptional experience with the owners and the roofing team. They honored their quote and was very attentive to my needs as a customer. They weren't the lowest quote, but I believe I received the best warranty and value for the roofing project!

We cannot recommend this company as we had a very bad experience. we were quoted 1800$ to do a tune up to our roof. We agreed to it, then the company ignored us for over 50 days and left our calls, texts and emails unanswered. Finally they told us that they are coming on a set day. The day after they came they told us they were all done and need to collect payment.

we looked at our cameras and noticed 1 person came and was on our roof for 37 minutes. We were sure he just came to look and go get more supplies... but he never came back. only 37 minutes total on our roof. We contacted the company and were told very rudely that it doesn't matter how long they spent on our roof and we still owe the $1800. We then inspected the roof ourselves and found many areas that weren't touched at all that need to be ""tuned up""

Next time, do yourself a favor, read this review and use another company.

Super nice people. Met the owner. He came out and gave us a quote. He also spent extra time with me trying to help me figure something else out that was going on.
We have not proceeded with any work yet. But their team seems really nice. Darlene who schedules is very personable and kind and the owner is just the same.

Absolutely pleased with Advanced Roofleak Solutions! Very responsive. Had a in person visit same day I looked into them, quote followed soon after. Quote wasn't the cheapest, but no where near the most expensive, and you pay for what you get. Eric and his crew are great and showed up early and ready to go literally the next day after we green lighted the project. Completely re-roofed half the house, cleaned up and gone in 2 days. Completely happy with end result!! Highly recommend!

I initially sought quotes to repair several leaks in my roof. Most companies weren't interested in repairs, only full replacement. Of the 10 companies I got quotes from, ARS weren't the cheapest, but the owner who gave me the quote did a thorough inspection and answered my questions with the perfect amount of detail (no dumbing down, but also no jargon).

He gave me quotes for several options that we discussed, and eventually I decided it was best to replace the whole roof (that's how to do an up sell!). They arranged removal and reinstallation of my solar panels and solar water heater - which made things very easy for me.

The job was done quite quickly (2 weeks from solar panels coming down to going back up again), the workers were very accommodating and worked all through the weekend! Overall I was very impressed, and the roof looks amazing - the brightest in the neighborhood!

Great experience. We were selling our home and already in escrow when we reached out for a quote for a lift and re-lay. Of course, we had a very tight timeline. We worked with Erik, and we immediately felt comfortable. Their quote was the most professionally put together and detailed, and we went from quote to complete in about two weeks. We expressed during the quote process that we wanted to be complete in time for closing, and he and his team made it happen. Any minor issues or questions are addressed and resolved quickly. Thanks!

This family operated roofing company is true to its name ""Advanced"". I had five companies estimated a Lift and Relay project on a 28-year old house. This company offered me its advanced techniques & process in detail with a lower expense. Both Sr. and Jr. Erik are open-minded, frankly and friendly. They are very responsible to any questions I asked, kindly and honestly addressed my stress to roofing process since I can't see what's going on on the top. Their workers are reliable & following the details of each step. My roof has a big improvement and looks new from bottom, underlayment to the top tiles, although I kept old tiles. So far, no leaks at all. Time will further approve their great service.
I don't write a review often unless it's a really impressive work. To this roof company, I highly recommend the business for their advanced technology and reliable work done at a reasonable service charge.

We worked with Advanced Roofleak Solutions on a recent project to fix two locations that were leaking in our house. We collected three bids and despite ARS being the most competitive, they definitely provided the most insight on the issues that were occurring. Erik spent a good amount of time assessing the situations before coming down and turning over a proposal that night. We had good conversation on the issues afterwards. Once his crew was on site, it was no different. Everybody was very professional and they even addressed another decent size location that i had not pointed out and was not a part of the initial review. In fact, they spent a good amount of time fixing this location even though it was not a part of the overall scope. I would definitely recommend Erik and his team, and I will be reaching out when our entire roof needs replacing.
