Absolutely HORRIFIC customer interactions, grossly sexist, dishonest, inconsistent, and deceptive. Avoid ESPECIALLY anyone under their ""GenCon"" or ""Reconstruction Experts"" umbrella, and specifically DANIEL RAMOS. Not to be trusted, and when confronted by a female, has a bratfit, throws the woman out of the meeting and slams the door.
A sheetmetal/roofing company with a general reconstruction contracting subsidiary should be suspect in and of itself.

I want to express my five star review of Advanced Roofing. My home had a new roof installed by Advanced Roofing, and my roof developed a small leak. The problem was inspected by an Advanced Roofing representative. I received a phone call the next day, that the problem would be repaired under warranty. The crew from Advanced arrived, and professionally, made the repair to the problem area. In this day and age, it is hard to find an honorable company, that will back it's workmanship. Advanced Roofing is an honorable company, please consider them for roofing work and repairs.

The paperwork we signed at the time we contracted for our new roof was pretty clear that the manufacturer's warranty is 50 years and Advanced's warranty for workmanship is 5 years. There was no mention or discussion of a MANDATORY annual $400 fee for Advanced's warranty and the roof itself was presented as being low maintenance. The roof treatment was described as something you do every five years or so to keep the roof clean, not a $350 every other year expense.
There was no discussion or inclusion in the contract of the warranty being ""contingent upon a minimum amount of maintenance"" and ""required annual inspections"". Had there been any mention of this, we would have had added in the expected costs and perhaps would have made a different choice, given that the steel roof is more than double what a regular roof costs.

Additionally, this information was sent to us 9 months after the roof was installed. Three letters to the company have been ignored, responded to only by another copy of the demand letter.

The roof also suffered some minor damage from Irma, which the company did fix.
