Aaron from advanced roofing helped us take care of our needs. We had leaks in our patio roof and he gave us a fair quote to do the job. Even though the quote was only good for a few weeks, he still honored it over a month later. The crew worked quickly and professionally. I was really happy with the results. From phone, to in person, to their actual roofing work, awesome service! Communication was clear and timely. We had our roof done back in April 2021 and Aaron arrived wearing a mask (thank you!) every single time. He was super responsive to all our questions, requests and any updates relative to the work. Contacted Kenny and he came out, on time, to our scheduled meeting time. He provided a fair and thorough quote. He helped me decide on colors for the gutters and downspouts. We discussed the timeline for installation and what items I needed to remove (wind chimes/ flag pole holder). Kenny called me the day before to confirm the install day and time window.
The install guys showed up during the window install time. They only needed access to an electrical outlet and they got started right away. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. The guys asked me for my input for where the downspouts to be placed in the back of the house which I appreciated.
Advanced had done work for my family and that is where my recommendation came from and I am very happy to recommend them without hesitation.

I was very impressed with the customer service, service performed and the workers were excellent. They did a fantastic job replacing facia boards, replacing rain gutter material, replacing broken tile, thoroughly cleaned my roof from debris and made a mesh guard to keep pigeons out. Great job!!
