Ryan came out and looked over the repairs that I needed done on my vent pipe on my roof. Next day crew came out and repaired water damaged area around pipe and replaced damaged roofing. Was completely finished in 1 1/2 hours. Looks Great and nò more leaks. Great job, great pricing.

Ryan was quick to answer questions, respond to my texts and calls and very knowledgeable about their services and products. The crew replaced my roof in less than 8 hours and it is beautiful. They also left my yard clean, one crew member even climbed a tree to get a piece of roofing out of it.

Advanced Roofing and Interiors not only installed a new beautiful roof, gutters, and chimney cap but also helped me navigate submitting the claim with my insurance company. They were amazing and found that my downspouts were in the wrong place which is why it wasn't draining properly. I am so happy with the results and no longer have to stress about my severely wind damaged roof. I will be contacting them for future work on my home.

IT'S a rarity today to find a company with good customer service like Advanced Roofing. Blake came to our home in regards to gutter damage & after assessing, he walked me through the process & gave options. His honestly & patience with me was very impressive The crew did a great job replacing the gutters quickly & efficiently. The new seamless gutters looks beautiful on the house. Like family, I still contact Blake for help or advice with projects we encounter. This company has the right mascot the PIG on top of the car because they do sloppy and messy work. They are a family-owned business that not one family member was concerned with the awful work that was done on my deck. As a matter of fact, five of those guys smiling on their profile picture were the very ones who helped build my deck along with Jaime Wombles who is the brother to Thomas the owner. I have made many calls and face to face contact with family members of this company and still, my deck railings are falling down and the deck itself is unstable. I was told that Jaime Wombles started another business called P & K Interiors, I have called and called and many appointments have been made but not kept, the last one was made for January 9, 2020, and Jaime was to meet me at 9 am and it never happened it was a no call, no show. After so long and Jaime not coming back to fix the problem I asked for half of my money back so that I can get a reputable deck company to fix my deck now they see my number and hang the phone up and will not respond to my many phone and text messages. I am a senior citizen of Henry county and cannot believe that I've been very tolerant and kind and these people do not have the business ethic or the conscience to make every effort to see that my concerns are given their utmost attention. We signed a contract with Advanced Roofing and Interiors and Jaime Wombles took our payments. We paid cash when it was asked for, not once did they have to run us down for their money yet here I am chasing them. I have had enough and I am not going away. You should know that one dissatisfied customer is one too many. I am sharing this post all over Atlanta because people should know how this family business operates. To the many consumers, If you have a third of a brain do not involve yourself with this business or P & K Interiors they are one and the same. Wait for the next surprise!

I have sat on this for months, deciding when and if I should review this company. I wanted to make sure my roof we paid thousands for them to do repairs on, wouldn't leak AGAIN! I don't even know where to start!? My complaint is miles long about them! So the owner Thomas, came out with one of his sons to our home right after we purchased it in April 2019, on a recommendation from our realtor (who turned out to be a terrible realtor for our situation, took our money and ran). We had a ton of construction work that needed to be done on this home to even salvage it! All the windows had to be replaced as we had wildlife getting in through them, the roof was leaking, there was a breezeway/staircase to a set of additional garages that needed major repair to be safe and additional demo work for a barn. Thomas came out and appraised all the work. He gave a very good quote! We signed the quote and wanted them to get started asap. He claimed to have ordered the windows but after weeks, we never even got an update to schedule anything. After much harassment and no return calls, we finally learn that he has mis measured ALL the windows in the home and that they were never ordered. He comes out on two more occasions to try and measure windows. Again, all the while no one else has started on any of the other work we wanted done. After harassing them again because they have failed to contact us for weeks, we find out that they WAY underestimated our quote and instead of coming clean about it and apologizing for their massive screw up... they choose to ignore our calls and no show on the first day they told us they would be out to start work. Work I rearranged my schedule for them to do! Then, as if it could get any worse, they claimed they ignored us and no showed because this Thomas said he was afraid of me! WHAT!? Why? I just couldn't for the life of me figure out where this company and its workers were when I signed a contract for them to do work on my home, which made me stressed and very frustrated! All the while, I am trying to deal with this crap alone as my husband is military and not living in the state. They wasted hours upon hours of my time and months, giving us the run around (let's be honest, lies) when I could have been searching for a new contractor, so wildlife wasn't crawling in my home with two small kids! It took me a whole year to get all this repaired and dealt with, mainly because I had to start from scratch! Yes, they have lifted trucks and insane advertising all over the town, don't fall for it! This company is a hot mess... run as fast as you can from them! To blame me and say a little 125 lbs lady scared them in to no showing and not even calling me, is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard out of a company! They did do some work on my roof that was leaking. Get this, the same spot leaked AGAIN! We only paid for the roof repair, so luckily, we never gave these people any other money. But seriously, do NOT use this company! I can guarantee, just like the realtor that recommended them, they will get on here and claim ridiculous lies to try and make themselves look better. They will conjure up a new lie and try to turn it on me, like their realtor friend did. Don't fall for it!

Unfortunately, I am not one of the people that had a good experience with Advanced Roofing. As a matter of fact, it couldn't have been any worse.  I asked for them to come out and inspect my roof.  I realized a lot of the houses around me were getting new roofs and wanted to see if mine was ok. A salesman came out and told me I had severe hail damage and that I definitely needed to file an insurance claim. I scheduled for the insurance adjuster to come out and had the young man from Advanced Roofing meet him.  The adjuster wasn't the nicest person to deal with. He told me there was some heat damage on the roof, but not hail.  Because he was so rude I decided to trust what Advanced Roofing was telling me.
I spent two weeks stressing, emailing and pushing until I got another adjuster to come out. During this time I needed the salesman to send some pictures and an estimate to the insurance company.  I was told it would be done first thing Monday morning (September 23rd). When I hadn't received anything by 5:34 that afternoon I sent him a text asking if he was able to get the pictures.  When he hadn't responded to me by the next day I contacted the office. At first, I had trouble getting them to respond, but they finally did and the information was sent to the insurance company. 
A second inspection was scheduled and this time Advanced Roofing sent a different salesperson. The second inspector was much nicer and very thorough. He reached the same conclusion as the first inspector there was no hail damage.  At this point, the second salesperson from Advanced had to admit there was no hail damage on my roof.  He then tried to tell me that the first salesperson was inexperienced and just didn't know.  So now I have filed a homeowners claim for no reason! 
I spent two weeks stressing, arguing with the insurance company and losing sleep because Advanced Roofing told me my roof was covered in hail damage and needed to be replaced. The owner of Advanced Roofing told me that he would make it up to me.  He would do the repairs that are needed to my roof for free.  He then proceeded to try and sell me new homeowners insurance. His reasoning was that I told him it would now be hard for me to change insurance companies since I have filed a claim. It's true I did tell him I was now worried about higher rates, but I don't expect a roofing company to try and sell me insurance.  Besides, that won't fix my roof!  When I told him I didn't want the insurance he was trying to sell me, I just wanted the repairs he stated he was a man of his word and the repairs would be done.  We aren't talking about major repairs, just some minor things. 
It's been three weeks and I guess the so called man of his word has proven that isn't so. At this point, I don't believe the first salesman was inexperienced.  I think they have you file a claim and just hope that the inspector will let it go through. I can't say if their work is up to par or not, but I can say that if you aren't certain that you have weather-related issues to your roof then don't call Advanced Roofing.  They will have you file a fraudulent claim that can possibly make your rates go higher, or possibly make it harder for you to get insurance with another company.
