Called on Monday and setup an appointment to check our roof. I have used this company In The past and had pretty good experiences.

Due to an accident, we are down to one car, so I had to ride my motorcycle 30+ miles to our rental to meet the roofer to see if our rental has a leak around the stove exhaust fan.

Guess what? They didn't schedule it with a worker. I understand mistake s happen, I drug my behind out in 50 degree weather and rode the motorcycle 60 miles round trip for nothing.

I called today and left a message to reschedule. We will see how it goes. I will update this review if it goes well.

Contacted the company to get an estimate on repairing where my metal roof meets my chimney. There is a leak that I have repaired with black tar multiple time and wanted to get it repaired properly. Told that the owner would come by and inspect that day or next and I would not have to be there. 5 weeks later, I never heard anything, so I called again. Office person apologized and said that they had been so busy and would have the owner inspect the area the next day (3 weeks ago). Got a business card on my door but no response from the company. Called again to see if they had just not sent the estimate in an email, office person again apologized and said she would find out and call me back in a few minutes. That was yesterday.
If I am having problems just getting an estimate for work, not sure I want this company working on my house.

I listen to his radio show and thought this was a good company.
