This company is very unprofessional and does not follow through. I had a leak in my roof that he came to fix. After ""fixing"" the leak he told me to call him if I had any issues. Well... The leak was not fixed and during the next bout of rain we had, it began to leak even more causing more damage. Many attempts were made to get into contact with him. He never returned a phone call (many voicemails were left), messages through ThumbTack were ignored, as were text messages. I had to hire someone else to fix the leak. When the new repair guy was done, he said it looked like a toddler had tried to fix my roof. He said it looked like he used caulk and just shot it all over, and had put WAY too much. His way of fixing my roof had made the leak worse by trapping water underneath the excess amount of caulk he had applied and the new repair guy had to clean up the mess and use a different type of chemical to fix the leak. I decided to get ahold of Jonnie for some type of reimbursement. My daughter called him and left a very vague voicemail mentioning that she needed to talk to him about a job. He called back shortly after b/c she had not mentioned who or what she was calling about. He tried to bullshit his way around an excuse but told her he would come talk to me the next day about this issue. He never showed. Instead he text my daughter some BS text excuse saying he didn't warranty this work and this means no reimbursement would be given. All I wanted was for him to answer his phone weeks prior and fix his crap repair job!! Do NOT do business with this guy! He will do a crap job then not return your phone calls or own up to his mistakes. His service is a waste of money.
