I really thought this company was going to be excellent. They were helpful when working with the insurance company and they said all the right things. Unfortunately when it came to doing the work they did not live up to the high standard they were presenting when they were trying to obtain my business. First they said our materials would be delivered on a friday. It started getting late in the day so i decided to call and see if the materials were still coming. My rep zach said he would call and find out. A few minutes later he called back and said the materials would not be coming on that day. I wasted my whole day. The materials then came on monday, which was the day they were going to install the roof. Everything seemed to be going great, but then in the afternoon i saw the workers starting to pack up. I went outside thinking they were done. To my dismay i saw a roof that had a big piece unfinished in the front. They told me they ran out of materials and they waited too late in the day so they couldnt get more materials til the next day. My roof had to have a tarp on it for the rest of the day. They had three weeks to prepare and they didnt order enough materials. My neighbor had their roof replaced a week before me by another company and they had their materials a week early and their roof was complete on the same day. I wish i would have went with the company my neighbors chose. Admiral restoration are very nice and professional when it comes to obtaining your money. Sadly their words didnt translate when it came to the work, which ultimately is the most important thing.

We had a very large roof (50 squares) replaced August 2015 as well as 6"" gutters with leaf screens. Adrienne was the sales rep. She was totally professional and was onsite for the roofing inspection. The owner Brad was very knowledgeable and sent a huge crew- 10+ guys and finished the job in 3 days. We got upgraded mildew proof shingles and he used the 30lb felt roof deck protection. No leaks or loss of shingles after the giant hail storm that hit San Antonio this year.
