Recommended Customer Reviews

Addison Sheet Metal manufactured a copper cap to close off the top of our chimney. From the time it was ordered to completed was just a few days. Everyone was pleasant to work with and provided a quality product.

They created some giant galvanized steel buckets for us. Casino decor. Super tight deadline. They pulled it off! Our clients were elated!

I cannot comment on the quality of their work since I never received a reply from inquiry thru their website. Mine is a small job of fabricating and replacing about 25 feet of gutter (10 miles from them) which their website said they do. I don't mind if a company thinks a job is too small but I believe that any potential customer deserves a reply. I think this says a lot about the company.

Highly recommend this family owned biz... awesome metal work and the owners are super cool
People. An honest reliable contractor is always good to have in your contacts list...

Great metal work. I've used them multiple times and very gracious giving me time to pay when I came up on hard times. Highly recommend using them for any metal design and fabrication

I met Sean and Robin, the owners, when I was about to open up a Gelato Store in Carlsbad. We needed an accurate job to comply with health department regulations. We really wanted to open the business and quickly! Sean made the miracle. The work he did was perfect, fast and absolutely reasonable in price. Not only that, they were able to design some custom made trays for our Italian sized Gelato Display. Very grateful to have met them. There are still people who put their heart in the work and support community members. Thank you!

Called to see if they could do a simple job of creating some flashing with dimensions not available at big box HW stores. Lady answering phone seemed friendly and told me to send email on what I needed. I did that but received no email or phone response. Next day they called and said my order was ready. Huh??? You never responded back to me on a price for me to agree to. When I emailed them about the confusion, Sean (the owner ?) stated that my email didn't say I wanted a quote and his guys wanted to ""get it done for me"". OK, I appreciate the provocativeness but would at least expect some follow up first to ensure I agree to price of the job. They never would tell me what the cost would have been only that "" much cheaper than other guy I chose"". Not sure if I am for or against this response. Only reason I am writing this is to inform others that may deal with them to ensure your intentions are understood and outline explicitly that you want a quote. After all, I never expected I needed to state that as I have NEVER seen anyone do something without some form of agreement first. Hard to tell if Sean was mad at me or not. Hope your situation turns out better. By the way, they weren't the only ones who never responded to me. Had at least 3 others not even reply period. At least these guys did something which I give them credit for, just wish they would have called me first to save me extra time I spent calling around for someone to respond to a quote which I could say ""do it"". I am not patient waiting for contractors to decide to get back to me. There are too many people out there hungry for your business to wait, and wait, and wait for a reply. Not saying these guys didn't respond, only that how they responded was out of the norm.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Addison Sheet Metal. From my initial call, email exchanges, meeting for measurements, quote, order... to installation, it was an absolute pleasure.

This is a professional small Family business that is Community oriented and Veteran friendly. Thank you Paul and Linda Addison for taking a chance on a young prior Marine in the early 90's. Thank you Paul Sr., Sean, Johnny, Ricky and Jeff for training me in the art of custom sheet metal fabrication and installation. Working for the Addison's those 3 years where very rewarding with a great since of job satisfaction. I miss the smell of the Pacific Ocean that I had at work. I am a prior Marine, Navy and now retiring Army Chief Warrant Officer grateful for the Addison's service to their country.
Sincerely, Brad Powell

I contacted Addison Sheet Metal to fabricate and install a small copper raised-ridge roof piece over a newly-installed bow window. They responded promptly to my request for an estimate, and working from a picture I'd found of approximately what I wanted they took measurements and coordinated with my window installer to get the structure and sheathing right. Their fabrication time was minimal and they installed it very professionally, adding extra waterproofing material where they felt it was needed. Nice job, very professional, looks great.
