We really liked the personality of the guy they sent out, but communication began to fumble very quickly. I followed up twice, as they were prompt to send a plumber out to aid in a quote for renovations. Upon the second follow up, we were told the guy was on a fishing tournament/vaca. Not a problem as it was a week so we'd expect to hear something in a week after the return. It's been 3wks and still nothing. I've been with banks construction and had better communication which is saying something...

I my experience with Addison Riley started off very pleasant. After months it started to decline. I had them install a new roof on my home in East Hill and I was less than satisfied with the outcome. Originally I had black step flashing and without consulting me they replaced the flashing with silver flashing that is much, much wider than my original black step flashing and the silver flashing is not even step flashing,
Needless to say it is an eyesore.
I have paid the roof in full and they have not to the date ( has been approximately 4 months) come back out to replace the flashing with the black step flashing.
Reason being is because they can't find someone that will do it since it's such a "" small"" job!!!
Some of my shingles are still not correct on my roof.
From the time they removed my old roof and replaced my new roof it took them 5 days and the weather was good all 5 days so there were no excuses for the time delay.
Also they would not work on a Saturday but would work on a Sunday.
There communication, or should I say lack of...is unacceptable, unprofessional and irrepressibly.
I could go on and on, I think you know how I feel.

Their work crew was great. (Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, and friendly.) However, their sales representative did not provide the materials discussed for lattice skirting around the house. When I complained that the material was not what I was led to believe I would get, he became argumentative. We had several emails back and forth where I restated what I wanted and he said he never said such. All but calling me a liar. I was locked into a contract I signed because I was in a bind needing the skirting to satisfy the homeowners insurance by a certain time. I naively expected him to be a man of his word. I ended up paying twice to have what I was told I would get the first time. I would not give them the time of day, much less any more of my business.
