Great experience working with Mark. He gave me a honest estimate that worked well with my insurance quote for a metal roof. He was specific to choices compared to price, time of completion and quality of work. He was always accessible to questions. he explained the benefits of having a metal roof. It has lowered my cooling bill and got a lot of compliments from the neighbors. He delivered what he promised with a knowledgable crew and immaculately cleaned up the property after the job was done. His work was so well done that I decided to have install accordion shutters. This was also done with professionalism and great pricing. I recommend Addison for all roof and shutter needs!

I took bids for a new roof following Hurricane Irma. Mark gave a reasonable and approprate bid for a steel DECRA Villa roof according to other contractors. More expensive than traditional roofing, but I wanted quality and this roof is steel, looks like tile, and comes with a 50 year warranty. Two months after the contract was signed and work was to begin Mark came back stating the roof would cost approximately $20,000 more if was to proceed. One explanation is he let the estimate on the product expire and the price tripled?? I did not let him begin work until I had proof he ordered the product so fortunately he had not been allowed to tear off my old roof. Needless to say I have my deposit back as he stated he could not honor contracted price. Thanks to DECRA I likely have a new roofing contractor who will keep pricing market value and honor a bid and contract within reason they are trying to match the contract I had.

This guy was honest, reliable and the best price by just a few dollars, but his positive attitude a professional knowledge was superior to the other 2 companies I received estimates from. I would defiantly recommend him. He did a great job on my shutters!

I would never hire him again. At first he told me 2 weeks and he started in 4. Then he canceled a few times the appointment or just did not show up. When he finally came, he showed up with his toddler son who he had to babysit while doing the job. The guy he had with him had no clue what to do and when they finally finished, the job wasn't done right and I tried to get in touch with him to fix it, he did not answer the phone. I had to call someone else to fix that.

I contacted Addison to provide shutters for the last opening needed to regain my shutter discount with Citizens. Initially they were very prompt in returning my calls and coming out to evaluate the work needed. It took a while longer than promised to get the work done, and it was a bit of hassle when the owner got tired of answering phone calls about delayed projects, but eventually the work got completed and it was done well.

Their quote for storm shutters was the best deal by just a fraction, but this guy was the most honest about the process and there were no hidden costs or surprises. As with all projects, there were changes that had to be made along the way for upgrades I chose to make. The upgrade costs were fair and he let me settle the additions after inspection. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was because there were minor cosmetic issues and one mechanical problem that had to wait till I returned from vacation to be fixed. He didn't argue over the stuff I didn't like and took responsibility for making sure I was satisfied with the project.
