I can not speak to Adcock's work, however their communication and professionalism is awful. My wife called them to come out for an estimate a lady answered and told her a different person would call her back to set up a time to come out. Three days later Donnie Rash calls and says he is at our house while both of us are at work. He never asked our schedule or what would be a good time he just showed up at the house. Luckily my wife was only thirty minutes away and he came back for the estimate. We have fascia damage and possible some shingles which need to be replaced. He gave her an estimate for the fascia and said the shingles were fine even though he never he went up on the roof. He said we would have an estimate in her email in a day or two and then we could set up the job. It has now been 8 days since the estimate and no email or call. I guess since it is a small job it doesn't matter to them.

Talk about a company that goes above and beyond!!! My mother had heavy damage to her roof from the hurricane and due to all the rain the Adcock team has not been able to start repairs on her roof. She was very nervous about the damage this would cause. At 9pm someone showed up to make sure the tarp on her roof was doing what it was supposed to do. This is in addition to all of the reassurance and detailed follow up they have provided for her - and they haven't even started on the roof yet. This is a great tribute to their commitment to service.

So I had to replace my 16 year old roof and was terrified of the cost. I shopped 3 different companies and Adcock called me back, quoted me quickly and it was reasonable in cost. They completed the job within a couple weeks and I was extremely happy with the work. In an industry where some people can be flaky, this company was professional and did great work.
