I have used ADCO Roofing to install new roofs as well as for maintenance on existing roofs over the last 10+ years on the buildings we manage. Their work is high quality and they are very easy to work with. However, by far the most impressive aspects of the company for me personally is that they stand by their work and they don't recommend work that is not needed. Those two factors are extremely rare to find in the roofing business and it is of great value to us. I have recommended ADCO to many other property managers over the years and have always heard back from those managers how appreciative they were to finally find a solid, high quality, and trustworthy roofer.
