Our HOA hired ADCO for roofing work. Not knowing much about roofing and what's best was our mistake. We hired ADCO trusting them to guide us on best way to repair/do maintenance. Turns out they applied some paint work/sealant on the edges of roof even though there were cracks at some places...knowing very well that ""painting"" over cracks will not do anything to help. Thousands wasted. Also they were hired to cover all gutters with mesh and when we found some areas were still left open, they gave us grief for calling them again to do their job the right way. Also one area of gutter was found to be still leaking after their initial work.

I would not hire them or recommend them, unless you are expert with roofing work and know what's what.

We hired them to do preventive maintenance and honestly, I think they just walked around on the roof for all the good it did. When the rains came and they had leaks to fix, cosmetically the job looked good, but started leaking again soon after. Expensive to boot. We quickly stopped using them.

Our HOA has been using this Company since 2016. Repairs are mainly made for water leaks due to rain. Last year repairs were made to a roofing fascia as Adco determined thats where the source of the water was coming from as it leaked to bedroom windows below. This past winter, the bedroom windows below the fascia were again leaking water. A call was made again to Adco, and now they wanted to charge $500 for a water test!? The previous charge was for about $2,500. Most recently, a neighbor noticed old water stains in a top floor balcony closet which contains a water heater. Adco had done repairs in the same area that the owner was complaining about to the amount of $1,500.00 in January 2019. A Plumber provided pictures of the roof above her closet and we matched the scope of work that Adco was to have performed, and it doesn't appear that what the HOA paid for was ever done. Our HOA has spent thousands with Adco, time to find another Company.

Back in 2010 ADCO was the company our HOA Board selected between 5 bids to redo the roof of our 36 unit condo building in Beverly Hills. It is a complicated roof with many pipes, vents, cooling towers, boilers, rails, satellites piercing the roof. They were very thorough, detail oriented, and did a great job. 9 years later during these rain storms, no leak in our roof. That alone says it all! Plus over the last 9 years we have had many issues with people vandalizing the roof, plumbers carelessly cutting through the roof for plumbing issues, etc. Every time they were very responsive, came out and took pictures, made recommendations and did the necessary repairs. They even suggest what to do to maintain the roof and to extend its life. I could not be happier. 9 years later I am still dealing with the same people in the company. They are very courteous and responsive. They stand by their work!

Their communication, professionalism are far superior to any Roofer I have used in the past. Their repairs are done right and have been of high quality workmanship.
