Great job all the way around with attention to detail. It was a hard job with an old house with many repairs from rotting wood boards (previous owners did nothing since it was built over 30 years ago). Mr Cruz said that he ""does it right"" and he was true to his word -- he went the extra mile including ordering any needed supplies or bringing in a scaffold for only one part of the roof that was difficult to access. He was transparent with prices and supplies and up front with a written estimate. His workers were polite.

Competitive and fair price. Showed up every day at 8am and cleaned up afterwards. Professional and polite. Would highly recommend!!

Note: He appears to have enough work from word of mouth and wasn't even aware of his reviews -- this is a big positive compared to businesses that only care about image and pumping up their reviews!! As I say with my other reviews, no one put me up to write this review -- it's my own opinion and was entered at my own prompting!

Absolutely great. Adan Cruz Roofing did a great job. Adan showed up on time for give me the estimate. Once we made a decision to go with them, they were available for the job in a reasonable time frame.
On job day, they were on time, professional, fast, cleaned up, did wonderful work, and were well priced. They even replaced and painted some fascia that needed to be repaired with no fuss even though we hadn't discussed it during the quote for a nominal charge. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof done. I felt they really cared about making the customer happy.

Excellent quality and work on my rental property in Lake San Marcos CA. Original roof was shake shingles with a layer of asphalt shingles added probably in the 1980's. Adan's team removed the old roof, added plywood (particle board) and the new asphalt roof in 3 days. I also had him add 4 vents toward the peak on the back roof. I spent about a half hour inspecting the roof and surrounding work site. All was clean. I do recommend this company. I spoke with 3 other people that had used Adan in the last 2 years - all personal friends and they raved about he and his crew. He charged a fare price, but really, who wants to spend hard earned money on a roof :( - a necessary need.

On 8/5/2016, Adan Cruz came to measure my roof for a complete shingle re-roof quote. After the measurement was done, I gave him a stipulation list for the re-roof job. Then I never heard from him again, even though I did call him on 8/12/2016 and left a voicemail asking about the status of his re-roof quote.
Adan does not have to bid on my re-roof project, but at the very least, he should have the courtesy to tell me so via phone or text.
