We contracted Adams for an emergency roof repair over the Holidays. He and his crew are incompetent. They took a dawn payment and placed a tarp on our roof as a temporary fix. The tarp was poorly positioned, covering the drain and creating a bathtub in the valley of our roof. The water buildup eventually caused substantial water damage in our house, above and beyond the original minor leak. After we complained to them, they denied all responsibility, lied to us about their intent to fix the problem and never came fix our roof, despite promising to do so on two different dates. Finally reached on the phone, the owner simply told us ""stuff happens"". Rude and unprofessional.
