Waited for 3 weeks to have them come for an estimate. The quote I got is just an explanation saying that they will not be able to do my project till December this year. That's 4 months away. If they are so fully occupied, they should tell me earlier. Disappointed.

To start off, I would give many more stars if I could! Adail is a fantastic person. He brings a lot of experience with him, is very thorough & very knowledgeable. He has an awesome team and they are a wonderful crew.

Our job was done in 2 days; faster than expected. Extra steps were taken in protecting our plants and items in garage. Everything was very neat & tidy at end of each day on job & we're more than pleased with end results! Our neighbors told us how beautiful our new roof looks & even commented to us they noticed how happy the crew was, they could hear them laughing & just loved it. :)

I just had my house and detached 2 car garage reroofed by Adail Bastos Roofing. The removal and installation of nearly 3,000 sqft of roofing took just 3 days.

To say I am totally satisfied is an understatement. In fact, I did something I never do. I paid Adail the full amount before the job was even finished! This is because I know he is an honest man with integrity and he would make sure every last detail was completed to everyone's satisfaction.

If you hire him, you won't be disappointed. He really knows his craft and he's very detailed oriented.

When he initially came to my house, we went up to the roof and he showed me all of the areas that were done improperly or where shortcuts had been made by the previous roofer. Of course, he also told me how he would correct the issues.

As you would expect, he doesn't take shortcuts, but rather goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right and the client is happy.

He took pictures of the job throughout the day and then sent them to me each evening. I received 70+ pictures covering the three days that he was working on my job. This allowed me to see the progress, as well as for transparency, so I could see how they did the installation.

Final thoughts: his crew was very professional and respectful of my property. When they left, my yard was as clean, if not cleaner than before they arrived. Adail personally canvassed the lawn in my front yard with a magnetic roller to pick up any nails and scraps of metal that fell from the roof. I also appreciated that Adail had the foresight to provide me with plastic sheeting (visqueen) so my belongings in the garage could be covered and thus prevent roofing debris from getting into everything.

Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Adail to look at your roofing needs. You will not regret it!

Adail Bastos and his team recently replaced our roof. We had a positive, stress-free experience with them and are very pleased with the job they did.

Adail was knowledgeable, organized, and hard-working. When he came out personally and spent more than an hour covering a leaky area on our roof because our job wasn't scheduled to start for a few weeks and we were due for a big rainstorm, I knew we had made an excellent choice. The rest of the project went just the same. He and his team came when he said they would and did what he said they would for the price he quoted us, no additional charges. We appreciated that we knew exactly who would be working on our roof and that Adail was here throughout the project alongside his team. Adail did a fantastic job recently on my home in Clairemont, replacing the roof and adding vents and gutters. The results look great and the leak I had in the flat-roof garage was fixed. I'm very happy with the way the new roof looks and works.
Adail and his team are thorough professionals. They worked quickly and carefully and improved every part of the roof, including things like adding flashing around the chimney which I never would have thought to ask for. Everyone was courteous, prepared and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Everything about my experience with Adail Bastos Roofing was exemplary. This is the second home in the past ten years that I've needed to replace the roof. So, I am able to compare communications, products used, attention to detail, thoroughness, cleanliness, speed of work, knowledge, and quality of work. Adail and his crew are simply the best. Mine was a big job, which included new gutters, as the last roofers (some 25 years ago) failed to do the work properly and placed shingles over cedar shake - no plywood. There was a lot of roofing material to remove and it was messy. At the end of every day, tremendous care was taken to clean up the yard. No debris was left on the ground. I had no need to worry about nails or metal in the yard. The landscaping, which was carefully covered each morning, was uncovered, and the yard left looking pristine. Adail is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is also very honest. He painted a realistic picture of the time it would take to do the job. He didn't try to over promise. That said, he and his team finished even more quickly than expected. Multiple neighbors reached out to me to say they were so impressed by how fast the job was completed. More than one neighbor noted how the crew was always working, as opposed to constantly taking breaks, looking at their phones, etc. Adail was regularly up working with the team and it was easy to see the excellent rapport he has with the crew. As a wonderful bonus, Adail did some unexpected extras for me- repairing an attached shed roof, and extending gutters on a patio covering. He looked at my project as if it was his own, and it was reflected in the final product. I received multiple bids on my roof. I made the right choice in selecting Adail. It was such a pleasure interacting with Adail and his team. And, the roof and gutters look fantastic!
