Adail and his crew did an exceptional roofing job for me. It wasn't a big job but what impressed me Adail Bastos roofing was their attention to detail. Adail not only provided a job cost but a materials list as well as a work schedule. My project although small did suffer from neglect. Today the building looks brand new. Afaik may cost a little more than some but Adail Bastos uses the finest materials for a long lasting product.

There were never any up-charges and the job was completed as scheduled. I can highly recommend Adail Bastos Roofing if you want the job done right.

I can't say enough about Adail and his crew. They were friendly, meticulous, and professional. Adail is such a warm and genuine guy....great character! We had a roof that desperately needed work. Essentially had to strip everything down and lay down plywood sheathing before putting the shingles down. They're attention to detail is top notch and went above and beyond in many cases to repair/fix some of the little things that weren't even in their work scope. They got everything done in under a week. I highly recommend Adail!

We were referred to Adail by our neighbor across the street who was redoing his roof. After the work was completed, we can tell that the job is awesome. If you get to know Adail on a personal level, he is courteous, friendly and wants to make sure that you are satisfied with what needs to be done. We weren't pressured to have it done by his standards, he didn't rush to get it done. The price is reasonable. His team did an excellent job on our roof. You won't be disappointed. Adail is a great addition to area. My mom needed a partial roof replacement and repair. Adail came to the rescue! His prices were very reasonable and provided a few different scopes of work so that we could choose the one that worked the best for us. All up front, no hidden fees or ""gotchas"". Top level customer service. His roofing expertise was impressive. He explained everything to my mom so that she knew what was going on. He followed up with before and after pictures. This review is long overdue as we had our roof replaced by Adail last year. I obtained four bids and only two came out to my mom's house. We decided to go with Adail because he was upfront and honest with the assessment of our roof. The whole process was clearly explained to us and Adail's crew was nothing but professional. Each day Adail would send photos of the work that was completed and it was super easy to see the progress. Not only that but we were able to see the areas of the roof that needed wood replaced. My elderly mom mentioned to me that she was uncomfortable having contractors use our bathroom due to Covid and plus back in the days that's what they would do. So if you are worried about that, there's no need to fret as they arranged to have a porta potty on-site for their crew to use. Overall as other reviews can attest, Adail is a really nice guy whose respect for his crew and work really shine through. I would highly recommend Adail Bastos for any roofing needs.

Adail and his team did excellent work! After a rain storm, we realized we needed to have the roof over the garage of our recently purchased home looked at. We called and left a message with Adail, and within 30 minutes he returned the call. He was able to come out that morning, assess the roof, and give us an honest opinion of what was required. He went above and beyond in his initial assessment and discovered an uncovered vent on a separate part of roof, which we weren't aware of. This discovery without a doubt saved us thousand of dollars in potential future damage. That evening, we had a formal quote that was fair, descriptive, and comprehensive. We were more than happy to move forward with someone that provided this level of service.

Adail was able to schedule our flat roof replacement within a week. He and his team showed up on time, did amazing work, and made a very conscious effort to keep the area neat and tidy. The work finished on time, and each step along the way he provided us with pictures of the completed work. He also went above and beyond to repair additional areas of the roof that were in need of attention.

Adail and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new roof.  We could not be happier and would give him 6 stars if we could. His pricing was very competitive. Adail was at our home every day, all day, supervising his workers and directly involved in the installation.  He was meticulous, paid close attention to details, and took pictures for us during the entire process.

Adail even identified and replaced defective items on our roof previously unknown to us, and at no additional charge.

Adail made certain that we were 100% satisfied after completing the work. He cleaned up thoroughly and left our yard looking even better than before he started, thank you Adail! One of our neighbors came over the day he finished to tell us how beautiful our new roof looked. We are a customer for life and will recommend Adail to all our friends.

Adail Bastos Roofing sets the standard! He is personable, honest, and good at his job. His workers are reliable, friendly, and hard-working. Our 20-year old roof was not done well in the first place. We had some leaks and termite damage. Adail's crew removed a lot of rotting and damaged wood on the roof, before laying down a superior quality underlayment and a thermal barrier in our room with an open beam ceiling. He stuck by his original quote, spending over a week making sure we had a solid, good-quality shingle roof which will last longer than we will! (I am 70). He truly takes pride in his work and listens carefully to what you want. I would not hesitate to recommend Adail Bastos Roofing!

Adail was able to start sooner on our roof than expected. I picked him after watching his progress on another job in our Poway neighborhood.
Attention to detail and structural integrity of the roof are job one. ThaT sounds cliche , but this guy is the real deal. His price was competitive with other roofers and he does a better job.
This was my 2nd roofing experience in as many years( our home and a rental house for this review. )

Adail and his team are wonderful. From initially meeting Adail when my roof was leaking through the last day of work, they were kind, respectful, and professional. They were able to strip down the roof, inspect for rotted wood, and replaced the entire roof in a very short timeframe (even tried to start early, but my schedule wouldn't allow it). Being I was home, Adail took me up on the roof and showed me everything they were doing for clarity and took pictures along the way. They also thoroughly cleaned up the yard, driveway, and sidewalk after each day of work. Arguably the best part was that his quote was the most competitive when compared to the 3 other companies I had bids with. Thanks again, Adail!
