I purchased a new house from DR Horton (another one-star company), and within a year the ceiling in the lanai developed some paint bubbles. I had it repaired, but late last year with the heavy storm it reappeared, and I determined that the roof above it had a leak. Called a local company to repair and they informed me the leak was caused by shoddy workmanship when it was installed new. It was only this past week I discovered that Ad-ler Roofing did the original install. When I called them and informed them of the issue, their response was that since they did not do the repair, they could not do anything for me. I have talked to numerous homeowners in my community and a number of them have required roof repairs for roofs under 5 years old. Shoddy workmanship in all cases. Here are pictures of the damage after 5 years.

We paid for extended labor warranty for our roof and these people do not even bother to return our calls. Initial workmanship on a new $60K roof was shoddy to say the least, steer clear of this company.
