Last year during raining season, I had multiple water leaks, from the front of the house Living Room to the back of the house my restroom and my bedroom, the water leak was extensive and the situation was very bad to the point where I had to put buckets and deep pots to collect all the water coming through during the rainy days.

I had called my insurance company Farmers Insurance, but they were not able to help, they stated my roof had too many types of materials and that my roof had been worked on multiple times. So they declined my claim. Of course I was very upset, angry and frustrated. Are you kidding me I been paying the same Home Insurance for 28 years and when I finally needed them they were not able to help me.

Like really who as and owner climbs up their roof and notices or more like recognizes that the roof was worked multiple times. I been living there almost three decades and never had a leak and all I saw whenever a vendor (cable company technician) who go up there, was a good working roof.

I told myself I would make sure I address my water leak problem before winter hit again. So I started looking around getting estimates from various companies. I'm happy I came across this construction company Ad Astra Builders, and got estimate and they were able to work with me and financed my project.

We worked out the details with David Navon, he is the representative from Ad Astra Builders. Cool guy, respectful, very professional. We worked out details and I hired them for my roof project. This was at beginning of week Monday, by end of week Thursday they started working. They finished on on the weekend right on time as it started to rain Saturday evening. Talk about good timing.

David came by almost everyday during new roof installation / replacement. Always answered my calls, he definitely followed through and the outcome of new roof is great, No leaks.

They did great work, fast efficient and reliable. We been in communication since and now I have hired them on to replace all my windows including my custom windows. I know this year with new roof and windows my home should be warmer for the upcoming winter which is around the corner. Not to mention my utility bills will definitely go down so yes. I'm loving my decision in working with Ad Astra Builders. I am a satisfied customer.

I want to say Thank you David Nova, you are on it , you definitely have good personality and good people skills, you are an asset to Ad Astra Builders. I'm really glad I came across you guys. I will definitely contact again for my bathroom and kitchen remodel.

David & his team are amazing. They redid our bathroom in 2 weeks! Other places couldn't even come out to bid until 4 -6 weeks later. Very professional, always in touch. Julio stayed working past 6pm to get the job done. We will use Ad Astra Builders, David & his team everytime. We are a 3 bid family, not anymore. Highly recommend!

We were getting discouraged interviewing contractors to redo our bathroom -- they all seemed hard-sell, over-promising to the point where we were suspicious. Then we met with David. His estimate and assessment of the work were realistic and the cost very reasonable. The result? A beautiful new bathroom that was just what we envisioned, if not better, and all within schedule and estimated cost. Only a couple of small nits: we thought David would be on site at times, but he was out of the country on a family matter throughout (he stayed in constant contact though, and his team was excellent). It would also have been nice if they had checked the materials we purchased before installation; Lowe's had screwed up an order and we didn't catch it until the last minute. But overall we couldn't be happier.

My experience with Ad Astra was nothing but spectacular . .. i was looking for a company to help me update my very old roof and after meeting in person with the team i felt secure that I'm in the right hands.

Price Was excellent the company looked legit so we started the project .

So this was my second roof i replaced for my 2 property and the first company that did my other roof ( 7 years ago ) made a crappy job and i never was really pleased with their work .

On the other hand when David's ( Ad Astra ) team arrived on location my old bad experience was replaced with a totally different experience. the entire team introduced them to me and my wife and told us that during the installation if any questions might pop up to let them know .. and we did .. we had bunch of questions that they answered in a very professional manner . they made sure the site was clean from any garbage after they finish their work day and every day in the end of the day the team asked us if we had any other questions and updated us regarding the next day process. All the time we where updated regarding all the stages of the roof change . got lots of great tips of how to maintain the roof and they even fix'd few things that where not part of the contract ... ( really great guys )

Can't recommend them enough ,,, planing to redo my windows next and will go with them for sure .
