Requested someone to come out and check the dormer window area of my roof that was leaking during the most recent big rainstorm. Patrick got back to me promptly (same day) and informed me he was not able to meet my request at this time because he was really busy but recommended a window guy whom he had great faith in to come out. Dominic showed up and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed out an area of the roof where there was a gap and no caulk and then proceeded to fill it for me. He also touched up another area where the old caulk was deteriorating. Did I mention he didn't take any money for doing this. Although he didn't know with 100% certainty that this was causing the problem it couldn't hurt to try this remedy first. So, although I haven't used this business I am impressed by the people he recommends and also wanted to put in a plug for Dominic since he isn't on yelp. I now wait for the next rainstorm and cross my fingers the problem is solved. If not I know an honest, professional handyman recommended to me by this company to come out and inspect further.

A lady promptly returned my request for an estimate for a roof repair. She furnished me with some referrals , but said that Acura does not do repairs. Hmm.

Giving this review and 5 stars because Patrick called me back quickly to let me know he didn't think he was the right company for the job I had (fixing the flashing around my chimney on the roof). He also gave me several referrals for other guys he trusted to do that type of job. I appreciate a fast response and the referrals.

Finding a good honest contractor is very difficult these days but I had an excellent experience with Acura Roofing! I didn't need a complete roof replacement but did have a leak nonetheless that needed the proper repair besides a plastic tarp. Regardless of the size of the job Sean at Acura Roofing was very responsive from start to finish and gave excellent customer service! Within a week after contact my roof repair was estimated quickly and even though they had a busy schedule he found time to squeeze us in and the job is now completed! Note: Sean not only gave the estimate and worked with me...he actually was the one who arrived to do the work! I can't believe we wasted 3 months chasing down other roofing contractors to get estimates and then no show or even just return our phone call. Sean was a pleasure to work with and was not pushy at all. He arrived on time and did a fantastic job on our roof! He took the time to explain what ""needed"" repair and how it would be repaired at what I felt was a very reasonable price. Hands down I'm a happy customer and will definitely use Acura Roofing again. Thank you Sean!!

5 stars and I didn't even do business with them!

We're in the process of buying a house, and our inspector came back on the report that we needed crickets installed on the chimneys.

So I spoke with Patrick about having this done. He took the time to explain how crickets work and that we almost definitely did not need one. He recommended that since the roof was only a year old that we contact the roofer for assurance that the chimneys are flashed correctly.

I was very impressed with the amount of time he took to talk to me, especially since it meant talking himself out of a job!

I can't speak to their work, or cost, but Patrick was amazingly pleasant to speak with and very knowledgable. I would strongly recommend Acura Roofing to anyone who asked.

What a fantastic, easy experience! I just had a small job, a quick fix after a new water heater installation left a hole in the roof where the vent protrudes. I called Patrick based on his reviews here on Yelp. On Monday, Patrick let me know that he would be happy to come by on Thursday and take a look. However, he called me on Wednesday morning and let me know that he was available to pop over. Talk about Under Promise and Over Deliver--the KEY to a successful business interaction! While here, Patrick let me know that he could make the repair on the spot. He was here a total of 20 minutes! He assessed and fixed the problem (and even snapped and showed me photos of what was going on up there), was extremely friendly and reasonable, and now I have peace of mind knowing that I don't have a hole in my roof (not that it's every going to rain again or anything).
Thanks, Patrick, for turning an annoyance (""here's your new water heater, but now you need a roofer"") into another pleasurable business experience! I recommend Patrick and Acura Roofing to Everyone! 3 Cheers for Patrick!

Tropical Storm Bob took out my roof and Patrick and his team came to the rescue. called another Company and they set up a day to come out only to call and say they could not make it. Look at yelp and found Acura , with good reviews, looked at BBB and saw no compaints clean record. Appraiser said I did not even need to be there, bid came in slightly below insurance estimate. talked about solar vent fan and Patrick gave me a great deal on it. They did the whole job in one day, wow. good guys

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Patrick and Acura Roofing went totally above and beyond for us. We're in the process of selling our house and we needed to replace the roof. Our insurance company came out, gave us an estimate, cut us a check for the new roof (less our deductible) and then I contacted Acura to get them to come out, make sure their estimate was in line with the insurance company's and get the roof scheduled. Turns out there was a bit of a discrepancy in what Acura said it would cost and my insurance company said. Patrick worked with my insurance adjuster to get it worked out. He came out early on a Sunday morning, in the drizzle, to re-measure and make sure everything was the way it needed to be. I know they were really backed up because of all the rain, but I really needed my roof replaced quickly so I could get my house on the market. Patrick found a way to get us scheduled within the week. His guys came out at 7am on Saturday morning, were here all day, finished up, cleaned up, left everything looking better than when they got here. Totally professional. Patrick came out to inspect everything after it was finished to make sure nothing was missed and kept me up to speed on the entire process. Out of everything we've had to do for our house to get it ready to sell, replacing the roof was the easiest, most stress-free thing we've done. And that's ALL because of Patrick and Acura Roofing. Try these guys. You wont' ever use anyone else.

Patrick was great! Acura came out, gave us a reasonable bid, did the work promptly and even took pictures of before and after repairs for me. Really great company, responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended.
