Francisco was recommended to me by reliable builder Who has used him in the past. I gave him a call and he did come and meet with me. Took a look at the roof and gave me a price I said OK fine he said it would take at least 2 weeks Before he can get to the repair. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing from him I left him a text message did not get an answer I called him on the phone did not get an answer finally I called him again another time and he answered. He said he was out of town a few days and he was doing a big job and he would call me next week. No call. I called him for the last time and he answered me he apologized and said on a Monday that he would call me that afternoon and most likely be there the next day on Tuesday. Never got the call, never showed up. Yes, Unreliable absolutely And really bad business. Unfortunate! I am a personal assistant and would have recommended him to many of my clients. I am now moving on to another roofer.
