Act roofing is really responsive to any concerns and or questions . I'm glad I choose them out of other s because they were on time and consistent with the work and any questions I had . They were efficient and considerate of others

November 11th 2022 1:25PM on Azusa and Sierra Madre. 2 men were standing against their work truck with one wearing a ACT ROOFING shirt smoking weed in the parking lot of the small business/restaurants. very unprofessional especially when you're promoting your company's name on your back and puffing out big clouds of weed. probably going to a job after that. it makes sense why the other reviews are so bad and saying how there's no professionalism, attention to detail, or accountability.

Fragile Ego! We contacted Antonio since we live in Azusa and want to support local businesses. Scheduling an appointment was painless, quick text responses, etc. Pleasant interaction until we actually got to the roof. He started lecturing us on permits (which we have), how work had been done wrong, how he has experience, etc. At one point we laughed out loud because it was the most bizarre quote we had received yet - where was the professionalism? We had already met with two others before A C T Roofing and they simply came took measurements and promised quotes in a few days. Instead, Antonio stormed away mumbling, ""this is America, we do it right here""... We. Were. Stunned! Not sure if there's past hurts or grievances but the comment certainly felt directed against immigrants (though Antonio is not white). Unfortunately, we are unable to give assessments to his work but luckily maybe we dodged a bullet. In any case, rarely leave reviews anywhere, but felt the need to do this just as a fair warning. Wishing him the best but mostly hope he's able to address whatever possible inner turmoil there may be.

The owner seems like a hard working person but he and his crew leave a lot to be desired. Poor attention to detail. They take many short cuts and do a poor job explaining the process. They have to be pointed out multiple times when they do something incorrectly. No quality control. Poor communication skills and gets defensive when being questioned. In addition, very messy. They don't clean up everyday and leave a lot of nails behind everyday and even after the work is done. It would be better to go with a more reputable company.
