I would have given this company a minus stars for there so called professional services, but was unable to log in what happen here (1500 spaces allowed)...see Google Reviews, have the whole thing listed. This company might have been good before...not anymore. See the pictures below, got charged 700.00 for nothing.

We called a few companies to repair a damaged section on our existing gutter. Nobody was interested in doing a small job/repair. We tried to do the repair ourselves but after the big rain a couple of days ago we found out the job we did wasn't working...we needed a professional to do the fix. We tried calling around again. Did a random search online and found Action Roofing Hawaii. We gave them a call and connected with Bobby on the first try. He was willing to send out someone to give us an estimate. He very responsive and we kept in contact by phone and text. He sent a couple of guys out within 3 days. The workers were professional and did a great job. The price he quoted was reasonable for the work done and the peace of mind we now have when the next big rain comes.

Personal Service from the Owner, Bobby Anderson. When doing a project as large as a new roof, you want to talk to the guy who owns the company. Bobby came out to my house and measured, within 48 hours I had a written SOW, statement of work with details of materials, labors and warranties. Julia, the office manager also provided material brochures for references and guide me to select the right roofing and also gutter. We signed the contract and scheduled for installation 2 weeks after that as we need to wait for material to arrive.

Action Roofing Hawaii did a great job replacing our roof & gutter - their team showed up on time, worked hard every day and finished early! Amazing - contractors that actually get the job done on schedule! They were super nice as well. And the price was reasonable of all the quotes I got (and I got several) not to mentioned that they are certified installers by Certainteed for Landmark & Presidential.

Bobby is honest and straightforward - no BS or sales pitches, just honesty with kindness, Ohana spirit which is very hard find one like Bobby now day, together with team: Jordan, and ""the local boys"" who worked very hard on my roof.

Overall, one of the best experiences working with contractors in Hawaii, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
