Action Roofing & Construction Inc is a excellent choice for your roofing needs. I worked with Greg Grigsby. He worked with us every step of the way. We got our estimate from the Insurance Company and Greg reviewed the complete job. He identified items missed by the adjustor. He worked directly with the Insurance Company to get items missed included and brought our home back to its pre-storm condition. They make sure your property is left in a clean and neat condition. They are a long time Austin Company and have a A+ Better Busines Bureau rating.

After the bad hail storm we had in 2021, I had multiple roof contractors knocking on my door, leaving me fliers, flagging me down as I got in or out of my truck. I waited almost a year before I filed a claim. A friend of mine referred Jacob Smola at Action Roofing and Construction. I'm a firm believer, ""good things come to those who wait""... the good Lord put him in my path!! After mine and Jacob's initial call, I KNEW he was ""my guy""!! He was local, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, a good listener, and he wasn't pushy! He worked closely with my insurance adjuster to ensure EVERYTHING was brought back to pre storm condition. He was in constant communication w/ me throughout the entire process. Jacob and his crew went ABOVE & BEYOND... they were in and out in a day. After the many crew left, he had another (super polite) gentleman do a spot check to make sure everything was picked up. Jacob and his team were amazing! Professional, polite, efficient, and knowledge. Jacob helped navigate our insurance claim to be sure that all necessary work was included. The team showed up early in the morning, worked diligently all day, and finished by early evening. The job was extremely well done and our property left immaculate. In addition to helping us with the roof Jacob connected me with a contractor for some interior work we needed to have done, a plumber, and a carpenter who were all excellent as well. Amazing team! I've had my roof replaced three times (four if you count a re-do) in 22 years so I've had a bit of experience with products, delivery, workmanship, and service. (I research everything-products,people, and how to). My roof needed to be replaced from hail damage and access to my home and roof was challenging. I worked with Greg. He was polite, professional, and prompt! Everything we discussed and agreed upon was completed including a bonus upgrade on my skylight. His office called me to schedule my roof and they scheduled me on a Thursday and Friday. (I agreed to have my chimney cap replaced at a separate time as it needed to be special ordered). I thought that my roof would be 1/2 completed and exposed to weather over the weekend as all my other roof replacements required 4-6 days from delivery to completion. Greg's crew came in Thursday morning and started right away to remove my shingles. The delivery truck pulled up with supply within an hour. However, the delivery truck was to unload further down the street per written instructions on delivery sheet and fork lift it to my home. So, the truck got stuck at my driveway trying to make a tight turn and broke up the edge of my driveway. Before the tow truck came, Greg's crew had the delivery truck unload the supply and deliver to the house so they could continue their job. Four hours later, the delivery truck was wedged out and cleared away. (Greg helped me get the delivery company to repair my driveway). The crew worked from 7-7. The crew was also polite, friendly, considerate, and experienced. The work was finished on time- in two days! I had a beautiful new roof and all around the house was cleaned up! I couldn't believe the quality of their work! And, two weeks later the chimney cap was replaced.
It's hard to come by great workmanship, its even harder to come by honest, true to their word professionals. I know I'm repeating myself, but this company and team was amazing!

I called Action to give me a estimate on my roof. They did come out and I was told I would have a quote in a few days. I called a week later and was told I would have it within the hour. That was two days ago. Not professional or dependable in my opinion.
