Jacob and his team were amazing! Professional, polite, efficient, and knowledge. Jacob helped navigate our insurance claim to be sure that all necessary work was included. The team showed up early in the morning, worked diligently all day, and finished by early evening. The job was extremely well done and our property left immaculate. In addition to helping us with the roof Jacob connected me with a contractor for some interior work we needed to have done, a plumber, and a carpenter who were all excellent as well. I highly recommend Jacob & Action Roofing & Construction!

Amazing team! I've had my roof replaced three times (four if you count a re-do) in 22 years so I've had a bit of experience with products, delivery, workmanship, and service. (I research everything-products,people, and how to). My roof needed to be replaced from hail damage and access to my home and roof was challenging. I worked with Greg. He was polite, professional, and prompt! Everything we discussed and agreed upon was completed including a bonus upgrade on my skylight. His office called me to schedule my roof and they scheduled me on a Thursday and Friday. (I agreed to have my chimney cap replaced at a separate time as it needed to be special ordered). I thought that my roof would be 1/2 completed and exposed to weather over the weekend as all my other roof replacements required 4-6 days from delivery to completion. Greg's crew came in Thursday morning and started right away to remove my shingles. The delivery truck pulled up with supply within an hour. However, the delivery truck was to unload further down the street per written instructions on delivery sheet and fork lift it to my home. So, the truck got stuck at my driveway trying to make a tight turn and broke up the edge of my driveway. Before the tow truck came, Greg's crew had the delivery truck unload the supply and deliver to the house so they could continue their job. Four hours later, the delivery truck was wedged out and cleared away. (Greg helped me get the delivery company to repair my driveway). The crew worked from 7-7. The crew was also polite, friendly, considerate, and experienced. The work was finished on time- in two days! I had a beautiful new roof and all around the house was cleaned up! I couldn't believe the quality of their work! And, two weeks later the chimney cap was replaced.
It's hard to come by great workmanship, its even harder to come by honest, true to their word professionals. I know I'm repeating myself, but this company and team was amazing!

I called Action to give me a estimate on my roof. They did come out and I was told I would have a quote in a few days. I called a week later and was told I would have it within the hour. That was two days ago. Not professional or dependable in my opinion.

All work was done within one day and Taylor handled all documents required with my insurance. In the end it was painless and I now have a beautiful new roof. Thank you guys for a great job!

Got hailed on about a month ago and they came out and did a free inspection. Although the roof in the end didn't sustain enough damage to warrant a replacement, they did educated me on the state of the roof and also went the extra mile in helping me with a missing cap. Would recommend.

USAA sent an inspector to my house, at my request, to take a look at damage to my roof. The inspector completed his report and the determination was no damage. I was shocked by this assessment, but let it go assuming they knew what they were doing. Jake stopped by one day and mentioned that my roof looked like it had some damage and asked for permission to take a look. I agreed, but told him that USAA had already come out and made their determination.

Sure enough, Jake came down from the roof with dozens of pics of damage and we refiled the claim. Not only did I get a new roof, but we were able to get the pergola, gutters and AC replaced due to major hail damage. Jake is genuine, and his crew was incredibly efficient, professional, thorough and expedient. The work was done really well. I honestly could not have asked for better service or a better outcome. Seriously, give Action Roofing a call.

I noticed a wet spot in the ceiling of my daughters bathroom a few months ago. I Contacted Action Roofing and spoke with Jake. He came out right away and they were able to detect where the leak was coming from. To my surprise they came back later that day and made the repair. Both Jake and his crew were very professional, timely and provided quality work. I recently had a clogged gutter- Jake came out and after reviewing our current situation, he suggested we increase the size of the gutter due to the amount of rain that comes off the top roof and suggested leaf screens to help minimize the amount of debris collecting in my gutters. I couldn't be happier with their services. Another successful job completed by Action Roofing! I'm happy to refer them to friends and family knowing they will be in good hands!

Action Roofing was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had roof and gutter damage with the spring hail storm and found their initial quote and follow up to be far superior than the other companies we contacted so choosing them to do our repairs was an easy choice- and after the work has been completed we are very happy with our decision!
