Unable to get a call back for an estimate. They must be busy but it makes me wonder about their follow through if I hired them. I've called each day for 4 days and still nothing. I even mentioned that I was referred by a previous customer.

Last night we had 60 MPH winds in the South Bay, I had a client call needing their roof repaired after the heavy winds. No joke, Mark was able to make it there in less than 10 minutes. He is trustworthy and reliable, and is always honest when it comes to telling you what is necessary. I have had him give me several inspections on roofs on home purchases, and he always gives me honest, straightforward advice. 1. Unlike other roofers in the area, Mark provided us an estimate while we were still in escrow. This helped me get the ball rolling and the roof eventually replaced before we moved in.

After getting a handful of quotes we used Mark to replace our roof last year. He and his crew did a wonderful job. His pricing were great compared to the bigger company that serviced our area. Was able to deduct cost on the final price as he thought that we had 3 layers of roof but during demo he only found 2. Hopefully we will not have to call him back with any issues.

We highly recommend ACR Roofing to anyone who needs a roof. Going through a roofing job while inside the house is a bit nerve wracking. These guys made the whole job a lot easier. Our roof had two layers plus the original from 60 years ago. Getting it all off was a major chore. Easy to work with, very professional, courteous and friendly, respectable and responsive, that's what I found with Mark, Joe, Don and their crew. They took extra care of our pool also. Mark at ACR was referred to me by both my framer and electrician. He's very easy going and offered different roofing options depending on my budget. He was also competitively priced as I got 7 quotes from local roofing companies to compare. What really cinched it for me was the referrals from my other contractors who I have known and trusted a very long time. The roof came out great and was done quickly. But what also really impressed me was how clean everything turned out after they were done. I had a rock roof and after they left I expected to see rocks all around my house but overall it was really clean.

We noticed someone forgot to put flashing around a pipe that was installed sometime during the construction of our house. This was a brand new roof and no one wanted to take responsibility. I tried to get the roofer who installed the roof to come out and fix it but he became upset and blamed it on furnace guy. I gave up on the original roofer.

I saw Mark's company on yelp and called him to see if he could solve the problem. Mark came to my house that night and checked the pipe. He made arrangements to fix it while I was at work the following day. The original roofer must have seen the error in his ways because he fixed it before Mark could. Mark checked the other guys work and returned my check.

I find it rare that someone will come out and help you immediately like Mark did. I don't think I would have had this problem if I would have hired Mark in the first place.
