During the February storm 2023 we had 3 metal tiles come loose. There were a few more that had the nails loosen. ACR Roofing came out within 2 days of our call.
They made the repairs and evaluated the rest of the roof.
I was extremely pleased when they departed with no charge.
They were very professional, clean and had all the necessary tools.

ACR Roofing (owner, Mark Anderson) re-roofed a guest house and the main house at my property in Redondo Beach in 2012. Two years ago (2018) my handyman and I were on the roof of the main house, and he noted water damage accruing from obvious leaks where ACR workmen did a substandard waterproofing job. Even worse by this time an important support beam had substantial damage as well. Mark was enjoying life in sunny Florida, and showed little interest in helping me. Finally, after a lot of haranguing on my part, he sent a worker to re-tar the leaky section. However he would do nothing to fix or replace the beam because it would have cost and been time consuming. God forbid that he ever check his work upon completion of a job. God forbid that he ever take responsibility for future problems his mistakes may cause. If you choose ACR Roofing YOU will be obliged to double check for those mistakes every year and YOU will be the one paying for them. This, on top of the very expensive original bill. I highly recommend AGAINST ever using this company.

We hired ACR roofing (Mark) do do the roof of our 7 unit building in Manhattan Beach. The quality was questionable from the beginning, but our hoa had already decided on ACR (unfortunately). 3 years later, the roof is leaking in one of the units, and this guy Mark will not be return any of our phone calls. Not sure if this guy is still in business, but both his phone lines still work. Do not use this guy, he is shady.

Unable to get a call back for an estimate. They must be busy but it makes me wonder about their follow through if I hired them. I've called each day for 4 days and still nothing. I even mentioned that I was referred by a previous customer.

Last night we had 60 MPH winds in the South Bay, I had a client call needing their roof repaired after the heavy winds. No joke, Mark was able to make it there in less than 10 minutes. He is trustworthy and reliable, and is always honest when it comes to telling you what is necessary. I have had him give me several inspections on roofs on home purchases, and he always gives me honest, straightforward advice. He never tries to upsell me on anything or scare me into doing more than is necessary. As far as roofing goes, Mark is my go-to man. Mark is the only one I trust and vouch for when it comes to referring to clients.

1. Unlike other roofers in the area, Mark provided us an estimate while we were still in escrow. This helped me get the ball rolling and the roof eventually replaced before we moved in.

After getting a handful of quotes we used Mark to replace our roof last year. He and his crew did a wonderful job. His pricing were great compared to the bigger company that serviced our area. Was able to deduct cost on the final price as he thought that we had 3 layers of roof but during demo he only found 2. Hopefully we will not have to call him back with any issues.
