From our first contact with Max to the finished job, Acoma Roofing was professional, efficient and reliable. They identified, fixed the roof leaks on our tile roof which was installed just 5 years ago by a competitor and also replaced the rotted wood framed chimney with Hardie Fiber Cement Board. Professional, friendly and very very good at what they do. One of the best experiences I have had in dealing with any contractor. From the clear communication with the salesperson, to the introduction of the job foreman and the supervisor all the way to the owner coming up on the roof and checking things out. Family owned and very well managed. Most of the crew have been with them for many many years. I honestly can not say one negative thing about this company or its people. Just a complete joy to work with honest, caring and conscientious people. Started on time, ended on time, told me about the issues that would affect the final cost when discovered and then showed me the bad decking, rotted wood and water damage. I was also on the roof with them both days taking pictures. They never once showed any animosity or issues with the ""homeowner"" looking over their shoulder. Great bunch of guys. I interviewed 5 major roofing companies and got their quotes. Acoma Roofing won my business by being up front, honest, and having the color shingles I wanted. (that was huge) and they did have the best pricing. If you are getting quotes for a new roof, talk to Acoma!

Every now and then you still find someone that cares about quality vs quantity! Acoma did a fantastic job on an apt. of ours and didn't ""half-bake"" the job. They used the correct thickness plywood on the roof, reinforced the truss and installed the ridge vent professionally and warrantied the work for two years.

Did your roofer do that ?

Use Acoma and do yourself a favor - so much better than my old company. I will stick with Acoma!

Acoma Roofing provided excellent service and demonstrated that they are a company that can be relied on and trusted. Their work ethic is highly commendable and their integrity was clearly noticeable. I needed some roof repairing done after a recent storm and there was an issue on both sides of my house. Acoma realized that part of the issue was their doing, but part of it was not. While they could have charged me to fix the problematic area that was not their doing, they completed a complete roof repair free of charge. I've shared a bit of my story to illustrate the strong word and guarantee of Acoma Roofing. If a customer has an issue or is not satisfied, they will go above and beyond to resolve any problem or concern and are beyond fair in their response. Ivan, Hiva, and Ryder were super helpful, considerate, and delivered exceptional service. I highly recommend Acoma Roofing's services and would certainly use them again.

This business was contracted by our condo management. I would never recommend this contractor!! They provided ""only12 hrs notice"" of the roofing project!! This notice also indicated that owners would be responsible for damages incurred by their work. Tarp used to cover bushes also covered the entryway creating a very unsafe passage in and out of the building. Do Not Hire this very unprofessional business.

Well, they got the roof on. That's about where the pleasantries end.

Some background, our HOA hired this company to re-roof our townhouse buildings - 20 buildings, 114 units. I did not choose this company, but as a property owner my HOA payments helped pay them - which I am certain must have been a half million dollar contract.

I was really impressed with their speed at first. They powered through 10 buildings in a matter of days. Then they got to my building. Piles of materials and trash laid around the building for A WEEK. A full week of them puttering on our roof in half-day intervals. Nails littered the yard and sidewalks, and they were not cleaning up between working day to day. I have dogs and worried for their safety stepping on these loose nails.

Their crew had 10 generators on site, but they were still pulling drop cords into my porch and plugging in to my power. (My electric bill is paid by me, not the HOA.) I called and spoke with 'one of the owners' who assured me he would instruct them to discontinue this. The next day, they were plugged up on my porch again. I ultimately had to shut off breakers to my porch to keep them from stealing power from me.

And of course, my daughter's tire got a nail. The crew was kind enough to come to her and pump up her tire so she could drive to the shop. But that was it. I was never provided a location to email photos or an invoice for reimbursement for the repair.

These crews make a huge mess, they don't clean up said mess in a timely manner, and they don't fix what they damage. Not to mention the fact that they are stealing electricity, too? Not a fan. Not a fan at all.

I could not be happier with the service we received from the Acoma staff. From Ryder, their very knowledgeable, responsive salesman to the crew that replaced, repaired and set the tiles. They showed up on time when they were scheduled, they cleaned everything and they were very respectful and courteous. The roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

I had 4 estimates from well know popular roofing companies. I was amazed on how many sales people sounded like carnival barkers. When Acoma roofing gave us a quote and left my home my wife and I knew they were the right one. All work was performed on-time and as expected. Their team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Many people remarked that it was one of the neatest roofing jobs they had ever seen. Their prices were fair and they do not hire contract workers like some do. They have their own permanent crew. They were very neat and when they left it looked like they weren't even there. Acoma Roofing staff was professional from beginning to end. One crew came out the first day for the removal, and cleaned everything up entirely. The second crew came out for the install and make sure that I was happy with everything prior to leaving. The following day a supervisor came out to do an inspection and to ensure that I was completely satisfied. My neighbors even commented on how hard they worked and how well they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. I would definitely use Acoma Roofing again in the future, and recommend them to all my family and friends.
