Well, they got the roof on. That's about where the pleasantries end.

Some background, our HOA hired this company to re-roof our townhouse buildings - 20 buildings, 114 units. I did not choose this company, but as a property owner my HOA payments helped pay them - which I am certain must have been a half million dollar contract.

I was really impressed with their speed at first. They powered through 10 buildings in a matter of days. Then they got to my building. Piles of materials and trash laid around the building for A WEEK. A full week of them puttering on our roof in half-day intervals. Nails littered the yard and sidewalks, and they were not cleaning up between working day to day. I have dogs and worried for their safety stepping on these loose nails.

Their crew had 10 generators on site, but they were still pulling drop cords into my porch and plugging in to my power. (My electric bill is paid by me, not the HOA.) I called and spoke with 'one of the owners' who assured me he would instruct them to discontinue this. The next day, they were plugged up on my porch again. I ultimately had to shut off breakers to my porch to keep them from stealing power from me.

And of course, my daughter's tire got a nail. The crew was kind enough to come to her and pump up her tire so she could drive to the shop. But that was it. I was never provided a location to email photos or an invoice for reimbursement for the repair.

These crews make a huge mess, they don't clean up said mess in a timely manner, and they don't fix what they damage. Not to mention the fact that they are stealing electricity, too? Not a fan. Not a fan at all.

I could not be happier with the service we received from the Acoma staff. From Ryder, their very knowledgeable, responsive salesman to the crew that replaced, repaired and set the tiles. They showed up on time when they were scheduled, they cleaned everything and they were very respectful and courteous. The roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

I had 4 estimates from well know popular roofing companies. I was amazed on how many sales people sounded like carnival barkers. When Acoma roofing gave us a quote and left my home my wife and I knew they were the right one. All work was performed on-time and as expected. Their team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Many people remarked that it was one of the neatest roofing jobs they had ever seen. Their prices were fair and they do not hire contract workers like some do. They have their own permanent crew. They were very neat and when they left it looked like they weren't even there. I was so impressed I asked the to put a sign in my front yard. They use the best products and warranty them. I would recommend Acoma Roofing to anyone who reads this. Great company Top Crew!""

Acoma Roofing staff was professional from beginning to end. One crew came out the first day for the removal, and cleaned everything up entirely. The second crew came out for the install and make sure that I was happy with everything prior to leaving. The following day a supervisor came out to do an inspection and to ensure that I was completely satisfied. My neighbors even commented on how hard they worked and how well they cleaned everything up at the end of each day. I would definitely use Acoma Roofing again in the future, and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Acoma Roofing was referred to us by a neighbor who had a positive experience with a new roof installation. Our experience from quote, to installation, to later a repair (after the hurricane) was nothing but professional, prompt and pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Acoma Roofing. Every person I came in contact with was courteous, professional and very helpful. They showed up every time they said they would. They were very fast, and cleaned up well, they have a lot of workers. They old saying is true, You get what you pay for. Acoma is worth it! Thank you!

Experience with the company. Called the place, asked if they repair double shingles roof. The phone rep said they do. Did some venting and explaining my frustration with many other roofing companies about how hard it was. Then I asked, ""do you do service near Busch Blvd and North Blvd?"" The rep told me they do not service that area.

Between Acoma Roofing and the service area it is no more than 16 miles and 40 minutes drive.

No service could be established with them. That is the reason for the one star rating. No rating for an actual service can be written about.

So, for reviewers looking to find out if this is a good company to work with, then this review is NOT helpful in anyway way, shape or form. However it is very helpful for people living in chamberlain high school area or who is looking for double shingle repairs being done not in Chamberlain High School area. If that is not correct, then the owner, like other owners on Yelp have the right to respond, correct, and even give out a reviewer's name and the physical address of where the service is at like Jason at another roofing company.

By the way, the other roofing was reported to Yelp support, and Acoma roofing was some how looked into, and the other other roofing review never brought up by Yelp support. Never mind the original reason for reporting to Yelp support. Yelp HQ decided to remove Acoma Roofing two review posts instead.

If only Yelp can rated and review. That just ridiculous how Yelp claims is for consumers, but it is also the company that gets the benefits, when it comes me.

1) No fault of Acoma, but by ""Yelp community"" as it was told by Yelp headquarter. Try number three to have review NOT be removed, because the first reviews were removed by Yelp hq from San Fran. And when try to reply, there is ""[email protected]"". Which means can not reply? Or does anyone know what it means.

This is the only the company that a reviewer can not get any resolution from Yelp.

I recently had my roof replaced on my home in Clearwater. After talking with several roofing companies about the project on hand, I decided to go with Acoma Roofing out of Oldsmar. From day one, they made me feel like their number one priority. Ryder, their top notch salesman kept me informed throughout the project, letting me know what to expect as the job progressed. His knowledge and honesty made me feel very comfortable and confident that we were in good hands. The finished product looks fantastic!! The crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. Very professional, friendly and did an outstanding job cleaning up. My fiance and I sleep much better at night now that our roof isn't leaking during this extremely wet summer we're enduring. I would definitely recomend Acoma Roofing to anybody looking to repair or replace their roof.
