Steve with Acme Roof Systems was able to come to my house a day after I called to inspect my roof. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with the questions that I had. He was very efficient in completing the repairs and it was done at a very reasonable charge. I highly recommend this company., especially with all of the rain that we have had recently.

My 3-tab builder roof turned 17YO and I did long research Using the good contractors list to find a highly reviewed positive roof company. Acme Roofing won hands down and I made the call. Within the hour Russ contacted me and made arrangements to come see the roof. Russ was on time for the appointment and had great recommendations. He provided me a bid and we together decided on an install date. Russ checked in every few days to stay in touch. The installation was flawless the team was magnificent and cleaned up every bit of scrap and cleaned the ground with magnets so there were no leftover nails. I HIGHLY recommend Acme Roofing for any roofing needs.

We hired Acme for several reasons: they don't play the 'we will pay your deductible for you' game and they used GAF products. Steven Gregory was very professional, friendly and helpful. He's a no-pressure guy yet he wants to get things done. He understands the balance of project management and customer service, especially when your customer has never navigated an insurance claim or replaced a roof before. I always felt he knew what was best for us, as customers and homeowners. He was attentive, allowed me to primarily use email and text to document our conversations, and ensured the subcontractors fulfilled their requirements. The roof replacement took one day and the subs were very nice and cleaned up well. in fact, all the subs were very nice and easy to work with. No one really wants to do this kind of project, but Steven made it as pleasant as possible. He understands and executes the professional and technical aspects of his field to a tee. Kudos

My mother asked me to write this review on her behalf since she does not use Yelp. My mom hired a competitor to do some repairs to her roof. They did a bad job. My mom called Acme Roof to come look at her roof to see how to fix the job dome by the competitor. Steve Gregory came to look at her roof. He was very nice and professional. He told her everything the competitor did wrong and how to fix it. But he did not try to get the job. He instead advised my mother to go back to the competitor to try and work with them to make it right, but if she could not resolve with them she could then call Acme to discuss them taking the job. He even fixed her gutter while there without charging her or trying to get a job from her. It was refreshing for her to see a roofing company that was honest and didn't just have dollar signs in their eye.

They have been nothing short of exceptional. From making the paperwork seamless, to helping guide us thru the insurance process, to the scheduling of everything. New roof goes on tomorrow and we couldn't be more excited. The entire metroplex is their territory. If you need a new roof, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

ACME replaced our hail damaged roof and damaged/rotted fascia and all my gutters. Jody was awesome... and his crew was professional, top notch, and paid attention to detail. They worked with me when I had questions on-site, and made sure I was happy with the work. Jody didn't take a dime from me until the job was completely done and I was satisfied. That showed me he stood by his work and stood by his crew. This was a big job, and Jody made it easy on me.

The first appointment for an estimate was cancelled due to Steve Gregory being unable to make it due to a truck breakdown on the road.

For the second appointment, this same individual was late with no communication. Had to call the office to find out if we had the time wrong, or if they were letting us down again.

Finally did get together for an estimate and hired this company for roof repairs.

Two weeks after the work, during the first rainstorm, we found out that we had the same leaks. Either the repairs were made poorly, or they were not made at all.

Called for Steve to show up again. A worker finally showed up 2:30 minutes late! He admitted that he couldn't work in the rain, which means that we wasted a day waiting on someone to show up and do the CORRECT work which should have been done the first time.

You make your own conclusion, but we are just glad that they are not the only company out there, as we will never use them again, and so should you.
