Dusten with Acker roofing is A+. I had approximately 20 roofing companies come out and provide me estimates and Dustin blew all of those companies away. Dusten spent time walking me through my options and providing me with information related to the product that would be used on the roof. Dustin is a standup guy and offers very reasonable pricing and excellent work. I would strongly recommend getting an estimate if you need a new roof And want a reliable trustworthy company. Dusten uses quality product and can bring samples to see.

When we started looking for a roofing company to replace our roof, I wanted to support a local company. Acker roofing had the best Yelp rating and was the cheapest by far. When they came to our home to give us an estimate, they came with samples to look at and plenty of different roofs to choose from on their website as well. We had our quote emailed within a day or so. And of course we changed our minds a couple times, they were gracious about it.
The day came to get the roof installed.. I cannot emphasize enough how quickly and professional this company is.. My roof was done in about 2 1/2 days, and each day I arrived home with not one bit of garbage or any remnants of the old roofing or anything on the ground around my house.
VERY pleased with Acker Roofing and highly recommend them for your next roofing project

I contacted Dusten Acker, owner of this company and requested a quote for a new roof. Dusten, came to my home and did a complete inspection of my roof on Tuesday, Aug 14. He told me he would have a quote to me by the weekend or early the following week. I have emailed him but no response. As of today Sept 13, a month later I still have not had a phone call or email from this man. If he did not want to do the job of coming to Oakland then the least he could have done was call or email and let me know.

I don't know anyone who is thrilled about spending money on a new roof, but with Acker Roofing, I knew that I was in good hands and that I would be pleased with the results. My home had an outdated tar and gravel roof, set at a low-pitch, that was starting to leak. The old gutter system was constantly clogged with leaves that allowed pooled water to collect. When the gutters did work, the water was drained right at the base of the house's foundation. Justin came out and took a look at what was needed. He gave me a quote that was competitive with other companies in the area, but I had already decided to go with Acker Roofing because of the confidence I felt after our meetings. Once the job started, which was earlier than estimated, I was impressed with the professionalism of the roofing team. They worked efficiently and took ample time at the end of each day to gather their tools and completely clean up any debris. They even had a way to detect if any nails had fallen on the lawn. My new roof is beautiful, and when at least a week of downpours started the day after the work was completed, I have been able to enjoy the sounds of rain without worry. In the end, I can say that I was ""almost"" thrilled to spend my money on a new roof. I appreciate that Acker Roofing is a local company, they are professional, personable, and I highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to replace their roof.

I haven't gotten work done, but reached out to Acker for an estimate on a repair that I hope will extend the life of my roof another 10 years. They come out immediately (30 minutes after I sent off the message!), and provided a free estimate with a nice report describing the repair needs. The prompt service was much appreciated, we will consider them in the running when we move forward with a repair.

If there were 10 Stars i would have given them 10.....My house burned downed and the insurance contractor was on a extreme deadline and wanted to use their own team, but i have use Acker Roofing on all my repairs for my property management business. So i insisted using them..
They were in the heart of rainy business in January, but they were able to fit my new roof in with the extreme conditions of the insurance's general contractors' schedule on time . The crew was professional and even cleaned up the mess of the contractor's crew....
