We truly love the Achilles team who are absolutely the best in quality, fast and professional services, and honesty!! This is the 2nd time we used Achilles, it was after the Hurricane Beryl. With no surprise they exceeded our expectations again, and this time even more!! We happened to need very special shape ridge caps to match our unique tile roof. Knowing they are rare, we did research and shopped around for long time, but couldn't find anywhere except in Florida and they need two weeks for delivery, no way to get it done before the coming rain. We were ready for the worst and just asked Achilles to apply a temp fix before the coming rain and replaced the caps after the tiles arrive 2 weeks later, but Ahmad understood our anxiety on urgency and took it upon himself. ""Gave me two days"" he said. My goodness, he made it!! and called me Friday at 7:30pm, and arranged the same great tile expert Jorge who came on Saturday early morning. I know he had to come extra early just for us because of his packed schedule. Again he did beautiful work with these perfect tiles. Jorge inspected beforehand and cleaned up all the mess like for his own house. They did not charge extra for tiles even though I asked to pay at least for their extra effort. They have standards to follow and estimates are always transparent and precise, no wonder everyone they served gave them 5 star at Nextdoor.com. We honor and trust Achilles because of their humble honest men, focusing on work and deliveries. Feel the company has great standards to run for long term and recommended them to everyone we really care. Go Achilles!!

After being disappointed by another company, Achilles replaced a roof for me last year; they were professional, responsive, and completed the work quickly and left no mess. When I needed a new roof on another property this year, they were the first ones I called. Ahmad is so responsive and kind, and they were able to fit me in to get my roof replacement right away.
