David, is very pushy. When I told him to be professional, he get very upset. Promise to give me a quote for a metal roof next day and never did.

Ricky and his guys are one of the few companies around who will fix roof leaks at a good price and not try to sell you a whole new roof if you don't need it. If there are any issues, they will return to fix. I've had them do work on two roofs for me.

terrible and unreliable, our daughter has had a leak in her bedroom from the roof for over a week now, David was supposed to come by last Saturday and did not show up, he finally came Tuesday to see the roof and confirm price but could not do the job that day due to the rain, Wednesday he came but was going to charge us $200 to take down some panels that my husband ending up doing himself in less than an hour with minimal help, when we called him back the same day to come do the job he was busy and said he would be here Thursday morning, no call and now show then, Friday again he was supposed to be at our house in the morning but did not even contact us to let us know he could not make it until 11am, then he did not come again, Finally Friday we decided to call the company because this is obviously ridiculous at this point, they said they would call us back too and it is now 2pm and they have not called us back either, I guess they don't need the business because their customer service is terrible, I had to call the company again and was told the owner Octavio would call us back which never happened, David left a voicemail that he would try to come on Saturday morning if the weather permitted, he showed up at 8:30am knocking on our door without calling 1st and said he was only going to Try to fix the leak but hadn't even brought the tools and supplies to complete the job today we told him to leave at this point, wasted an entire week on this sad excuse of a company
