We had a great experience with Ace Roofing. Our house had some water entry with the recent storms and needed gutters near front door. Most outfits had a 2 week wait, but DJ was able to come out in a few days to give us a quote. He is very friendly and answered all the questions I had. He had the work scheduled for just a few days later. DJ kept me updated on the technician's schedule for the day of work, and Nacho and his assistant actually arrived 30 minutes early. They finished the work in no time, and the work is really solid. One of their managers, Bob, came out the following day to check that we were satisfied. I would recommend DJ and his crew to anyone looking for solid work and great customer service.

Update:
Brad and his team at Ace Roofing completed our project. They were right on time for load in the day before the job and the day of the job. They cleaned up all of the old shingles and ran a magnetic sweeper across the lawn to make sure there were no nails left behind. Brad also has a ton of experience working with insurance companies and was very thorough in explaining the process to a first time home owner. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a really bad experience with Dutch Built Roofing described in another Yelp review. We needed to find a new roofer immediately and were extremely tentative the second time around. We did well by selecting Ace Roofing.

My experience with D.J. at ACE ROOFING was a notable exception. They truly earned by business. They were here as my advocate when the insurance inspector appraised the damage (before they were even hired), gave great advice, did exactly what they said they would do, handled unexpected issues professionally and fairly and delivered an A+ product. Communication was proactive every step of the way.

I had a leak in the attic. Ace was one of the only roofers in town that would even return my call! Most roofers are so busy doing new construction or full roof replacements, they don't even bother with repair jobs.

The team did good work and cleaned up nicely. Paul was easy to interface with and great about scheduling and status updates.

I contacted ACE roofing at reference of a coworker who highly recommended Candice. After reviewing all the positive posts here, I decided to give them a try. Candice is great, very professional and a very fun person as well. She stayed on top of things and replied my phone calls and text messages promptly all the time. We used them on two houses whose roof were damaged during a hail storm that hit Lakeway this Spring. When our rental house had its roof replaced, there was a sudden leakage of water. After we contacted Candice, she arrived at our house immediately and got hold of one of the owners and other folks. They stayed on the spot with us, analyzing and fixing the issue till late, which turned out to be caused by the fact that the water pipe was pushed too far out toward the roof during house construction. We were very thankful we were given immediate attention and help for something that turned out not their mistake. I highly recommend Candice and Ace roofing and will use them again later on when we have roof issues.

Brad did a great job walking us through the whole process of getting our roof replaced after the recent hailstorm. He told us what to expect, helped us deal with the insurance company, and kept in frequent contact while we waited for our project to begin. He was always available for questions, and no question was to small or unreasonable. His team did a great job, and he was out several times to check on their progress and touch base with us and make sure we were satisfied with the way things were going. When the job was finished he did an inspection with us and spotted a few minor details we never would have noticed, which he had someone return to touch up. He also gave us some final tips on wrapping things up with the insurance company and said to call anytime if we had any problems with the roof. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ace for any kind of roofing work based on this experience.

He provided excellent customer service, and truly took the time to talk through the nuances of several repairs that were suggested in a recent home inspection. I got a new roof from Ace last month. They were in and out within one day. Their pricing was very comparable to others. The crew was so friendly and professional. They did great work and cleaned up every last bit of trash from my yard. I had a pretty significant leak, and there were storms coming later on that week, so they rearranged their schedule to get me in sooner. Lastly, something to note, I have a blind great dane, and they were kind and patient with her when she was out in the yard. I would highly recommend using Ace!
