When I first had a roof leak I called several companies. ACE was the first one to respond and the only one to follow up on the project. Within a week I had a crew working on my roof and replacing the gutters. The quality of the work was exemplary and Kyle was a great project manager. We noticed a water spot on the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom and called Ace Roofing. They answered promptly and came out exactly at the appointed date and time. Bill went up on the roof and noticed some loose nails on the reverse flashing which he addressed and re-sealed. He also sealed some areas around the chimney/cricket. He also fixed the lids on some of the plumbing pipes up on the roof. All of this at no charge! I couldn't believe it, and offered some payment, which he refused. He said the work was so minor that it didn't trouble him to go ahead and take care of it. I've had a lot of contractors out for various jobs, but this is the first time anyone had performed work for free out of kindness. Needless to say, I'll be reaching out to Bill anytime I need future work done on the roof.

Their pricing was competitive with the other well reviewed companies that we received quotes from. We would definitely use them again. Of course, I hope that we don't have to.

These guys are amazing. A hole showed up in my patio overhang during a bad rainstorm and revealed some rotten wood. They were here pretty quickly to check it out and provide an estimate. Then about a week later the crew was out here to remove the moldy wood and replace it with new stuff. Nice Job guys!!!

Called late yesterday about an oldish water stain on the ceiling of a back room. Adam came out today, inspected the roof area above the spot, and found a nailhead sized hole that he was able to repair; nail may have been improperly set and, after a few summers of Texas heat and wind, popped out and took a dime-sized piece of the shingle with it. Impressive service, diagnostic skills, and response; friendly and informative. I've found my go-to company for any roofing work.

We needed a solar roof vent and a few roofing repairs, and after a few phone calls to various roofers with good reviews, I realized that most reputable Austin companies only want to put on a new roof, not fix problems. Ace was different in this regard.

They took care of what we needed and stood behind their work when a leak developed at a repair site. They sent a different crew out and repaired it again, more extensively this time. It looks better than when we bought the house.

They can be a little pricey for repairs, and the estimate wasn't itemized, which gave me pause. But they do quality work with a guarantee that actually means something, and they always showed up when they said they would. That earned them a top spot on my short list of roofers I'll call when we need an entire roof replacement.

Our gutters needed to be replaced. I was referred to another company who came out, provided me a quote, forgot their color palette, and never responded to my follow-up questions.

After asking around my network, I was recommended to Ace Roofing based on the quality roofing work they did for a friend. I asked Ace Roofing if they also do gutters ... turns out they do. Within a couple of days DJ visited my home, color matched the gutters and provided me with a quote. The quote was slightly better than my first quote so I went forward with them. Within a week, the gutters were professionally installed. The install crew missed installing one of the downspouts into our rain barrel. I informed DJ of this and the team came back out and corrected this quickly. DJ and Ace Roofing were responsive and professional. I recommend using their service for roofing and gutters.
