As a buyer in a new area, I found Ace Roofing (like most) through yelp. After getting unwanted news from my inspector late Thursday afternoon saying he thought the entire roof of our prospective house needed to be replaced, I was in a scramble. I called Ace Roofing, along with a few other roofers, around 5:30pm that evening. Surprisingly somebody answered even though online stated it was after hours and told me they'd have the appropriate individual give me a call back. I had low expectations that I'd get a call back that evening let alone be able to book their services for the very next day, Friday, giving us the weekend to work out contract details with the owner of said house. Much to my surprise though Brian not only gave me a call Thursday night he fit me into his schedule the very next day! He was very thorough to me as the buyer, sending me pictures (and confirming the whole roof needing to be replaced) as well as working with the seller with what the next steps which would be most cost efficient for everyone, offering to come back when the insurance adjustor came by to assess the claim and help in whatever way possible. Welp, I now know who to turn to for future roofing needs should they arise! Thank you Yelp for once again doing the work for me in finding who/what I needed!

We bought a home in Austin that needed a new roof. The roof was just old with rusted flashing and we had a leak. We weren't sure if we were going to be doing any construction on the home so we weren't in a hurry to replace the roof but needed to deal with the leak. DJ was great, he came out, talked to us about a new roof now vs a new roof later and took care of the leak quickly in the meantime. Fast forward a few months and we decided to just go with the new roof (and no construction). DJ was great at answering all of our questions and helping us pick the right roofing material for us. It was easy to schedule the job and DJ was very communicative about the whole process and timing. The guys who came and did our roof were great. Polite, hardworking and very skilled. I was amazed at how quickly they worked. We have a large roof and it did take a week but, wow, it seemed fast considering the amount of work they had to do. DJ and Chris were available during the whole time to answer any questions we had or address any concerns. They also helped us fix the roof of our boathouse, get new skylights put in and assisted with adding gutters to our house. The whole job turned out much better than anticipated. I would highly, highly recommend them for any roofing needs you have.

Courtney at Ace Roofing Company deserves 5 stars through-and-through, for being professional, responsible, and kind.

I needed a roof inspector to come out pronto - we had a roof leak at the addition of our house where it connected to the main house, and more thunderstorms were forecasted. It was really important to have an inspection to determine the source of the leak and what caused it. I called Ace Roofing in the morning and within an hour their technician, Courtney, called me back.

Courtney fit me into her schedule that day - which I am sure was slammed given the massive rain we had over the weekend - and said she could be at my house within a couple hours. I was so relieved!

Then, the contractor who remodeled the house showed up with his roofer and said he would do the right thing and fix it. This was great news for me! When I called Courtney to cancel, she was almost to our house. I felt so terrible to rush her out and then cancel like this, but she was incredibly gracious. Courtney made it clear she was happy we were getting the issue resolved and that she would be there for us if we ever needed.

In sum, although I did not end up using Courtney's inspection services, it was wonderful to schedule with her and Ace Roofing Company. I am so grateful to them for getting me help in a hurry, and for being so professional and giving when I no longer needed their assistance. I would definitely hire them in the future, especially Courtney, if roofing needs were to arise.

I contacted ACE Roofing to come out and look at my skylight that had begun leaking. Adam responded promptly and came out and gave me an inspection, appraisal, and options for remediation. Ultimately, I decided to have the skylight removed, and they had the work done within the week.

The work crew was out on a Saturday afternoon. They were courteous, very professional, and extremely quick! I expected that the patch over where the skylight was would likely be noticeable, but after the work was complete I honestly have a hard time identifying the patch from the existing tile. Also, while they were up on the roof they replaced some other damaged tiles that were not in the area of the skylight being removed.

The overwhelming positive reviews for this company did not disappoint . After much research and various quotes from local roofers, we went with Ace. Adam Graham was our primary point of contact. He was extremely professional and responsive. I had lots of concerns as
I am naturally a worrier when it comes to large projects and he was able to address them all . Our roof was completed quickly as promised and excellent quality. Overall outstanding experience ! And also no one ever contacted me about writing a review....I figured with as many reviews as they have that was maybe a part of their protocol. Either way , I would be happy to give positive remarks but it's even more impressive to me that their reviews are unsolicited.

I had some issues with a pipe on my roof not being caulked properly and went to Yelp to ensure I had it professionally repaired in order to pass a permit inspection. I had high expectations for Ace Roofing based upon their Yelp reviews and I'm thrilled to tell y'all they lived up to 5+ stars!

Within a few hours of my initial phone call, Bill Sprauer was at my door ready to help. Rather than simply evaluate what I had asked for, he climbed up on the roof and fixed it right there. While that would have been good enough, Bill proceeded to take the time to walk the entire roof and look for other issues. He meticulously fixed multiple areas that had flashing and even fixed a broken gutter hook. When finished, he went even further above and beyond by educating me on additional warning signs to watch for.

Bill Sprauer exemplifies what customer service should look like and today Ace Roofing gained a customer for life.
