We contacted Adam during a massive rainstorm with an issue with a leak in our roof. Not only did he reply same day, he was able to fit us into his schedule just days later. Other roofers responded but only had availability weeks out. Adam patched some small cracks on the roof and installed a couple of water diverted a within 30 mins. Such great service, responsiveness and communication!

Oh My God, it's something like 3 years later and I had a question about my roof (thinking about installing solar) and Adam not only was completely responsive (all 3 or 4 times I called and texted him) but remembered me and remembered my roof and every detail of the job. I never felt ill at ease with any part of the job, and I appreciated his honesty and forthrightness, given I haven't dealt with many construction projects on my own. A company that really takes pride in its work!

I first hired Adam a few years ago when my roof started to leak. After the amazing job he did fixing that, he was my first call when it was time for a new roof. It has been a few weeks since Adam and his team finished the new roof on my house and I am more then happy with the job. The roof looks beautiful and I'm sure it will last for many many years. But what really sets Adam and Ace roofing apart is that after the job was done he went over everything, including personally fixing a screen that was accidentally damaged during the install, to ensure that I was 100% completely happy with the job before he would consider it done. the next time I need any roof work done, Adam will be my first and only call.

I've been meaning to write a review for this company but time got away from me! I called Ace Roofing last spring to repair some shingles on a badly installed roof (done before we bought the house). We also had severely deteriorated ridge caps that needed to be replaced. I thought for sure they would try to talk us into a new roof (which is huge and would have cost a fortune) but instead they repaired the damaged shingles, replaced the ridge caps and carefully inspected the roofs of our house, garage and guest cottage and did maintenance where necessary. Our roof went from looking very shabby to looking great - amazing for a roof that's at least 25 years old. As far as price, they seemed to be in line with the other companies I called but I chose them because they were responsive, told me exactly what they would do, and weren't pushy about trying to sell me anything extra, although I will consider the maintenance service. Highly recommended.

I called another roofing company and they indicated it would be a week to come out just to give an estimate for a repair. Ace was able to provide a rough estimate over the phone based on my description and came out same day to perform the service. I also had them perform their maintenance service. This was not an up sell, but a service that made a lot of sense and something that I'll add to my calendar to consider at the end of each summer. Great service across the board!

Had a mysterious porch leak of unknown origin. Called one roofer who wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to redo the entire area over the porch and would only give me a ""verbal estimate"". Not satisfied with that answer I called Adam based on other reviews, he came out promptly and took his time, explained the issues with the roof and was very clear on the scope of what he could do and followed up. Very happy with the work he did to stop this difficult to diagnose problem.

We had a leak on our 4 year old roof, and I think the original contractor who built the house knew it, since you can see how they tried to fix it, but did a really poor job. Adam came over and sealed the area, but we were both not sure we have the right leaking spot. During the lastest rain storm, I noticed it still leaking inside the house. Since Adam is knowledgeable and honest about not being sure about the initial repair, I am going to call him back to work with me on patching the roof.

I would think that any service person who doesn't come out to look at your problem is one not worth hiring. Called about some broken/loose shingles on house. Adam first starts talking about $275 maintenance package then I told him about my shingles and rather than coming out to look at it (10 miles) looks it up on google earth to see my roof, gives me the estimate and then will throw in the maintenace at $75. Second roofer comes out and sees much more damage that I realized from the storm and says I need a new roof but thank god I still have time to file claim with insurance company. By Adam not even coming out, I would never have known the damage and have been protected.

Just spoke with Adam on the phone. I had a random question for him about installing roof deck tiles on my tar paper roof (a DIY job). He quickly got back to me and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I asked him whether he thought he should come out to examine my roof, and he declined saying he didn't think he needed to and wanted to save me the money. I found that pretty impressive, as he easily could have pushed to sell me services I didn't need. So although I can't vouch for Adam's work at this point (as he only offered me advice), I do feel confident in the quality of his character. Next time I need some roof work done, I will for sure go to Ace Roofing!

I own an insurance company and found Ace Roofing on Yelp. I was looking for a roofer for a client and was hoping to not only get a call back but have a roof inspection done in a timely manner. Adam called me back right away and worked with my clients schedule. Without a doubt I would suggest Adam to anyone in the area needing help with their roof. Ace Roofing was hontest, fast and very professional.
