I spent $3200 with ACE Roofing to repair leaks in my commercial warehouse roof. The roof is still leaking at the same spots as before the ""repair"".
The invoice assures a two year warranty. I have called and spoke to the company representative twice asking them to honor their warranty. They promised twice that they will come to repair the leaks but never showed up. I can't get them to return any of my calls and a certified letter I sent to them came back as undeliverable.
It appears that the address provided on the invoice is that of a residential home, with no connection to the company.
Certainly, I would not recommend this company for any roof repairs nor will I trust their warranty and integrity.

I hired this company and after 2 weeks the roof was leaking, they came back and said that a seam open and they said they repaired it. A few days later the same thing happened, again a week later leaking worse, came back with same story. Once again, leaking, this time I was told that when they first came they notice more damage then originally saw. I asked why they didn't inform me so that they could repair it properly, answer I guess we should have. He then said he could repair it for more money, I said it was too much. He then said call me when you decide what you want to do.
I am an older single woman, and feel they took advantage as I could not go up on the roof.
They are scam artists and should have their license revoked.

Purchased an existing Luxury home And found roof issues. Prior owner hired this company to repair multiple leaks in roof. When his repairs were completed he stated roof was fine and gave a three year transferable warranty. Within a couple of months we noticed Smells which we could not identify. Owner came to the house and insisted roof was fine. Over the next couple of months we notice progressive stains leaks and odors in several areas Of the house and on the outside of the house. Spoke to owner of This company who promised to come out and assess the situation but protested that the warrantee was only good for the sections that he repaired despite obvious language to the contrary in the warrantee. He made excuse after excuse promised to come out on multiple occasions and never showed up. I hired another company and they found massive damage rotting wet wood which require thousands of dollars worth of repair.
