I don't usually write reviews but just experienced extraordinary workmanship from Ace Roofing Company that I couldn't resist sharing with other people to have same wonderful experience that I had with this company. They were always on time from beginning to finish, quality materials, the details of work and most of all, they didn't charged the extra work on our balcony that wasn't in our contract. I never experienced with other contractors like Ace roofing company before. I do manage couple of apartment buildings, dealt with all types of contractors and I know what I am talking about.

Update to comment on the owners review. It did leak, because they completely missed an entire spot.

We were eating dinner and water was dripping onto our dinning table. We got so annoyed after investing bunch of money, so we pulled up a water hose up to our roof to test out if it is the window or the new TPO they put in and found the huge gap and called them out.

Wish they just come and add in the flashing and call it a day, but instead they respond to this review faster than calling me back.

We had our roof replaced by Ace roofing back in 2019. Originally we were pretty happy about it. Solid pricing and okay craftsmanship. That same year, we had a leak from our top floor. We called ace roofing and asked them to take a look. Turned out it was our window instead of the roof. So we had a quick fix for our window to avoid more water going into our house. Then COVID happened, we didn't have a chance to switch out our window until early this year. After our windows replacement, water started to leak into our roof again! We were like it must be our new windows! But nope! Turns out it was the new roof Ace roofing put in. They completely missed an area behind my gutter. Called John specifically to ask him to come take look. He sent one of his foreman to chalk it up instead of adding a flashing like rest of the roof. Called him three times and no call back. Got a random text saying he got my flashing and ready to put them in. And when I replied the text and asked him when he's coming back. He completely ghosted me.

So lesson here is that - even they gave you like xxx amount of years of warranty coverage. It doesn't matter because they don't call you back!

Ace Roofing did a great job on our roofing project. John explained the work they were going to do and followed through quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the care they took to be Covid safe as well. Not only that but the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Jon and his team were very professional. I called them after the recent rains because the roof was leaking. They were able to schedule and complete the repair within the same week. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend them and will use for other projects in the future.

This review DOES NOT apply to their actual roofing work, as I did not have my roof done by this company. This review is strictly on the professionalism via phone communication.
A few weeks ago I called and spoke to a woman named Jo to schedule a day where someone can take a look at my leaky roof. We scheduled it for 12/10/20. On the day of, Jo called me about 1.5 hrs prior to confirm the appt. Then 45mins before the meet time she calls back to say theres been an emergency and that we would have to cancel. Which sucked as my husband took the day off but hey emergencies happen, so we made a day out of it. What really irked me was that the woman I spoke to wasn't apologetic AT ALL! But she offered to reschedule- our reschedule date was for today 12/22/20. I called 4x to confirm appt (as my husband took the day off again) no answer. Left a mssg, no answer! So my husband takes the day off anyway incase they showed up and guess what - NO SHOW!! 2 sick days for no reason. Thank You Ace Roofing! Its sad bc from the looks of the pictures and the reviews you have we would've been a contribution! Oh Well!!

I called Ace Roofing this morning about a leaking skylight. They gave me an accurate estimate on the phone, showed up in 20 minutes, and did the repair quickly and efficiently. Also, all of them had masks on and they were careful to work with me using pictures of the inside of my home so they knew where the leak was and didn't have to come in. Highly recommend Ace Roofing!

We woke a Saturday morning to a dripping ceiling. We called John Chon. His guys were otherwise occupied but he promised he would have them out Monday morning. Meanwhile he gave us some advice on how to mitigate the current scenario. A promised the guys came out on Monday morning. We have worked with John before. He is reliable and timely. We recommend him highly and he's our go to guy for roofing matters.

November 2020 - We had a few additional needs. We called John and he was on it in a flash. His team was professional, thorough and class A act as always. If we could give him 6 stars we would in an instant.
