My husband and I highly recommend Ace Pro Roofing. We had a new roof put on our old home, so we could sell it; then needed a new roof on our new home so we could get (and keep!) wind insurance. Both times Ace Pro was friendly, helpful and professional. My estimator Jim Riolo was extremely helpful every step of the way. He always picks up his phone and answers questions, even when my jobs were complete. Ismael our project manager was also great.

We had to get some roof repair done very quickly in order to renew our wind and weather insurance. Ace Pro Roofing came out the day after we reached out for an estimate, contacted us with three scenarios for scope of repair, picked up the down payment check and completed the repair in less than a week. Shout out to Tony, who was so professional and still friendly, who managed the whole thing including providing letter of completion and photos to the insurance company within a matter of days and in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic - just extraordinary. The work looks great, everybody's happy. This is a stellar company, can't recommend highly enough.

Contacted the company for a roof repair and at first glance everything seemed great, however that quickly changed as time went on. The repair was completed and looked okay but when I inquired about obtaining a re roof quote that's when I realized how impersonal and unprofessional they were even after having them complete a repair. Calls or emails weren't being returned in a timely manner and the excuses kept on piling up. I ended up going with another roofing company for the re roof and had a totally different experience. It was personal, professional and efficient everything that Ace Pro wasn't.
