Hr was flexible with scheduling, and followed up in person to make sure everything was to our liking. His crew was on time and super professional. His project manager Jamie, even went up into our attic several times throughout the day to make sure that all the leaks were well covered and that nothing was overlooked. Excellent work!

Some hard working and high quality folks here. I was really worried about getting my roof fixed given the kind of fraudsters that come knocking on your door after a hail storm, but these guys broke everything down and even recommended I look at other options if the pricing was too high. I ultimately did not get service from them but my experience was still pleasant.

Did not feel comfortable with Dave, felt like he was over charging to much. I tried calling several times and he would not answer my calls, so I went to his office of Hardwood in Hurst and there isnt even an accurate roofing office there. I would not recommend him to anyone.

A few weeks ago, there was a severe thunderstorm that hit our community. The roof on our home was damaged along with our skylites. I contacted our insurance company and they sent out an adjuster who examined the roof. They concluded that between hail, wind and rain, my roof needed to be replaced, along with my roof vents, skylites and fascia.

The insurance company told me to get three estimates and I could pick the roofer of my choice to complete the job. Knowing the reputation that you have in the community and the quality of work that you provide, I called Accurate Roofing Systems, first. Accurate Roofing Systems came to my home and they climbed on top of my roof and gave me a full evaluation of the damage. they suggested a complete roof tear-off, fascia replacement, siding replacement and skylite replacement. Also, they noticed some severe plywood damage and suggested that we replace several sheets of plywood.

In one day, your crew completely tore off my roof, replaced the damaged wood, replaced the skylites and replaced my roof. Then, they completely cleaned up my yard. They had covered our landscaping with tarps and also the interior of my house where the skylites were placed. I didn't have to sweep or clean up one piece of wood or pick up one nail. You guys were GREAT.

In response to the post uploaded by Accurate Roofing I would first like to say, the fact that I didn't bring up his punctuality doesn't actually say that I was fine with it. A company should know from experience that it is NEVER ok to miss your scheduled appointment. Its ALWAYS an inconvenience to the customer and yes we did beat him up on price but it was AFTER the job was done. We felt that after they missed the initial appointment and after the gutter installation crew pulled a no show it was reasonable to dispute charges. As far as the insurance is concerned, as I recall Dave brought it up not us. We had no reason to bring it up to they are not a party to the claim. They are merely the contractors. We are under no obligation to provide our claim information to the contractor. From the response posted by Accurate Roofing it seems as if they would have charged me twice as much had he known insurance was footing the bill. Not sure why Accurate Roofing has a cash price and an insurance price. You would think it would cost the same to do the job. With regard to the roof decking I totally disagree. You are definitely responsible for any damages you caused during installation. Roofers don't have a free pass to damage your property just because they didn't know whats underneath. My response is well why didn't you check whats underneath? They certainly were there long enough to make a quick visual inspection. It would have taken all of 5 minutes I bet. Also with regards to the thousands of great referrals its interesting to see that only one person bothered to write a review about them.
