This review outlines our experience with Steve at Accurate Roofing Solutions. In the process of our searching for the right roofer for our house, we were impressed by Steve's responsiveness, follow-through and professionalism. For this reason, we signed a roofing contract with him. The project was never completed, however, through no fault of his own. Due to complicated reasons not worth going into, we unfortunately needed to pull out of our contract after the standard 3-day cancellation grace period. We were concerned that by cancelling our contract we would inevitably lose our $1000 deposit. Far less scrupulous companies out there would have gladly kept our deposit and technically speaking, they would have a legal right to do so. Fortunately, we had hired a roofing contractor who prides himself on doing the right thing and he agreed to return our deposit. In an industry that is ripe with shady characters, it's nice to know that there are contractors out there like Steve.

I would hire this company again in a minute. My home in Hermosa Beach needed a new roof. Steve, the owner, bid the job within two days of my first phone call, and within two weeks the job was completed. He handled everything, from City Permits and inspections to buying lumber for the fascia boards that needed repair. Each product used was vetted and explained and the follow up each step of the way was punctual and detailed. We booked a one and a half day job for a Monday and by Tuesday afternoon we were settling up the bill. Price came in exactly as outlined on the contract. Would give more stars if I could.

Steve is the guy to go to. I received a few bids and he gave me the best option. He was very detailed and was able to clarify anything I wasn't understanding. Not only was he very professional but he was very friendly and had great communication when it came down to getting the work done. I will refer all my friends and family to this business. Steve came out and gave a thorough and complete bid and the price was fair. He went through everything that was going to be done and was able to provide a range of days that they could do the job. His team came out and completed the job in 2.5 days. They cleaned up any mess and debris and you couldn't even tell they were there. Would recommend Steve for folks looking for a new quality roof at a fair price.

Accurate Roofing Solutions was the best choice and a very professional company for our LARGE request to reroof 15 extremely steep townhomes. We worked with 20 roofing companies and received only 7 bids, others would not take the job due to the steep roofs, etc. They completed 15 townhomes in only 19 working days. Now that is a well-oiled machine.

From the very beginning working with Steve was a pleasure. He was up front, honest, and very accurate about everything. His pricing was not only competitive, but beat out others. His warranty was better than some, his wood replacement prices were better and we worked together on everything throughout the entire project.

I can't say enough about the wonderful team he has working for him. They worked extremely hard throughout every day during temperatures of 93° (which must have been at least 103° on the roof). In our case, the workers had to work with individual homeowners from each townhome and they reached out to make each and every one of them feel special and to meet their needs with great success. They meticulously cleaned up and took with them in their truck all of the roofing trash from the site each day. My thanks to the hardest working team and the most considerate group of workers I've ever met. One the last day, they not only remembered, but handled all of the very minor details they said they would for us. They did a beautiful job and we highly recommend them.

When the date was set his crew showed up that date and on time. The job was completed in 3 days. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Plus kept the tenants happy during the process. From first contact to last inspection, Accurate Roofing Solutions in Redondo Beach, CA, was professional, punctual, and well worth the price (which was middle-of-the-road for all the research and estimates we had done). Our roof has a ""cricket"" which needed re-sloping and special underlayment. We had some termite damage and wood rot that needed repairs. Accurate Roofing handled the reconstruction and repairs. We are having solar panels put in, and Accurate Roofing Solutions worked with our solar panel provider to make sure the roof will be leak proof. They also put in new dormer vents. They knew exactly what we needed to keep our roof leak free for the next few decades. We're very happy with Accurate Roofing Solutions. I noticed recently that they are doing a new, large apartment project near our grandson's school. Very busy company!

Steve and his crew are very reliable and did a fantastic job on the installation of our roof. They arrived on time in the mornings and worked till late each evening.
