From start to finish, they were extremely professional, courteous and finished the entire roof over a weekend! We are very happy with the service and roof replacement we received and would highly recommend this company! I pretty much go to Yelp and review my fellow Yelpers comments on outfits before I solicit bids on any large home project. Re-roofing my home was no exception. I got 3 companies from Yelp with 4-5 stars only, no need to talk to lower rated outfits.

Steve, the owner, was my second appointment. He was super friendly, knowledgeable about the codes in my city, confirmed everything the first roofing guy said (as I started to learn the lingo) and added some new information I had not heard. He asked questions, listened to my concerns and new found knowledge, and made me feel like it was not an inspection or condemnation of my awful looking old as sin roof.

He explained the timetable and promised a quote the next day. I had 2 more outfits to interview so I was in no hurry.

After I had interviewed all 4 outfits, Steve was the only one to (1) ask for my business [nice touch] and (2) after he sent the quote did not bug me, he simply said ""call me with any questions.""

I went with Steve, even though he was not the lowest, but not the highest either.

I was scheduled for a Monday-Wednesday job. He guys parked their truck out front on Saturday in preparation for Monday. It was in front of my neighbor's house, who I told her ""they are with me."" Knowing (and possibly liking) your neighbors helps when construction is underway. I had them park in front of my house after they started.

Steve continued constant communication with me throughout the 3 day project. I made some changes mid-way through construction and his guys were very accommodating with the change orders. Remove Direct TV Dish (have AT&T now) ""no problem"" - correct duct work from 2 bathrooms exhaust vents [improperly installed] ""no problem"" - add another damper on my garage (nice addition to vent the garage with two cars in it) ""no problem."" I could go on, but since I work mostly from my home office, I guess I could have been viewed as a ""pesky homeowner"" but Steve and his guys never made me feel that way.

The wife loves it, my neighbors love it, and I would recommend Steve and Accurate Roofing Solutions to anyone that wants a new or repaired roof.

I've uploaded some pics. My home is nothing super fancy, but I hope it helps anyone that is looking to get a sense of a job well done.

The biggest head of steam for any business owner EVER!!! He is so self centered and does not care to hear what anyone else has to say ever. I suggest that no one ever does any business with this business as you will be told you are wrong no matter what. Now he wants to say I have the wrong company. That's funny considering I was calling for another house I just bought, but I guess he is just so full of himself that he wants to try to sidestep the issue! I really suggest that no one ever calls this poor excuse for a roofer!

I have a slate roof which is a bit unusual in this part of the country. As a result not everyone is familiar with the work. This was the second time that I had some work done on my roof.
Calling Steve as in the last time was a very pleasant experience and he was quite informative. Quickly he arranged to come to my home and gave a very very reasonable bid. His team did an excellent job completing it.
I would recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions without any reservation to anyone and I know if I have any roof work in the future who I would call.

If you are looking for a competitive, fast, and knowledgeable roofing company, Steve with accurate roofing solution is your man. He came by and went over everything with me up front at the estimate. This included prep work and moving of satellite dish. He is a very honest and thoughtful guy keeping me involved throughout the process. We had a situation where the city inspector wanted to change the roofing materials and wood on the flat Part of our roof and he worked with him to come up with a Less expensive solution that would still satisfy code. Overall, the project was done quicker than projected and ended up looking amazing!

We just replaced our small roof and Steve was fantastic. We had made the mistake of listening to another roofer rather than Steve a year ago, opting to patch the roof instead of replace it. We ended up with a huge amount of water in our living room as a result. We called Steve back and he still honored his quote from a year before. I spent quite awhile researching a roofing company because most of my friends had not had pleasant experiences. I narrowed the options down to 4 and met with each. Steve was by far the clear choice. He was quick to reply and reachable via phone, text & email, which works great with my busy work schedule. He was able to come over early before my husband & I had to leave for work and was willing to schedule our 3 day roof install Thurs-Sat since that worked better for us. He was very thorough and patient with all our questions. An added bonus was he had done a roof previously in our neighborhood so took my husband on a quick trip to see it! Can't recommend Steve & his crew highly enough!
