We got a new roof last week and want to give a BIG shout out to John Lara from Accurate Roofing 562 908-7003. We treasure our 1928 house, and are particular about who we hire.
Our roof is a challenge, see the picture, but they handled it well.
They showed up on time and every day John came by and talked to us to keep us informed and let us know of what would be done that day, he is great at communicating.
The results were great! We would not hesitate to hire them again.
Pricing was fair and competitive.

Our experience with Accurate Roofing was not at all smooth. Don't let the face of the company Johnny Lara and his smooth talking fool you. Our 1917 Historic Craftsman was more then his company was use to or could handle. Attention to detail and craftsmanship was not something the crew was familiar with. The pictures show the work that you will recieve if you choose to go with them. They made endless mistakes, had shotty craftsman ship, were condescending and refused to finish the job. Dangerous materials and trash (bottles of piss) were left around my property for an extended period of time and we were expected to manage the workers while on our property. Johnny Lara only came to check on the job occasionally and generally did not know what was going on. Johnny Lara and the employees of Accurate Roofing refused to take accountability. Not what you would expect for a high price job.

We highly recommend Accurate Roofing for your next roof project! We recently hired Accurate Roofing to do our roof last month. We received several quotes and decided to go with them because of their customer service and attention to detail. Johnny Lara came to our home to measure and assess. He took the time to explain the different products, answered all of our questions, and made recommendations. Most importantly, he arrived at the scheduled time. Once the project began, John Lara came out several times to oversee the job and meet with us to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Pricing if fair or the quality of work. The roof looks great!
