Darrell, Sammy, and Ralph spent over ten years in the insurance restoration sector together. Recognizing that homeowners often faced challenges during insurance claims, they established Acclaimed Home Services. Our priority is customer satisfaction and keeping homeowners updated throughout the claims process.
We recognize the pressures adjusters face and understand their time constraints due to heavy workloads. With a background in mitigation, Acclaimed Home Services knows the best practices for drying and mold remediation. We understand the coverage difficulties customers encounter and the trust issues they often have with insurers.
We hold certifications from IICRC, HAAG, and maintain the necessary licenses in Georgia.
Darrell, a native of the Metro Atlanta area, started with a prominent insurance company post-college. He spent 25 years working throughout the Southeast. In 2002, he returned to school to earn a degree in Residential Construction Management.
Now, he has helped establish Acclaimed Home Services to support homeowners during crises. Darrell is actively engaged in his community, serving on several boards and participating in high school football. He is also dedicated to his church, where he has served as a deacon. He has coordinated many mission trips throughout the U.S. as a Crew Leader and Construction Coordinator.
Darrell has been married for 28 years and has two adult children.

We were super nervous, as we've been through numerous renovations over the years and NOTHING has ever gone smoothly. Well, let me tell you. Sammy, Darryl and the gang are absolutely terrific! Everything went very quickly and smoothly. Communication was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the quality. I ever (jokingly) asked Sammy if he would marry me! This company can't be beat! I wish I could get them to travel and fix up some of my short term rental properties! Great job everyone!

I come back out and see half of my headliner drooping and the fabric on both door side panels a little damaged. And for the damage to my truck I will try and get some of my money back. the guy even told me he was going to clean another guys hummer interior after he got done with my truck that day. I feel sorry for the next person's vehicle that come into contact with anyone from this company.

He checked moisture readings all around and came back several times during the week to make sure everything was drying properly. We discussed several options for replacement flooring, and within a few days of ordering the flooring, it was installed. Darrell's attention to detail was fantastic; he showed me several things that I wouldn't have known the difference on, but he knew our son has asthma, and he wanted to ensure everything was perfect. He also helped a ton with the insurance company. I wouldn't dream of using another company for this type of work. Highly recommended!
